Delayed withdrawal funds withheld for over 2 months
I am filing this complaint regarding an unresolved withdrawal of $8205 from my 888casino account, which has been pending for more than two months without any explanation or resolution.
Timeline of events:

I submitted a withdrawal request to my Neteller account approximately 2–3 months ago.
I completed all KYC/identity verification procedures in full, providing every document requested by the casino.
My verification status was confirmed as approved.
Despite full compliance with all requirements, my withdrawal has not been processed.
I contacted 888casino customer support multiple times via email and live chat. My messages were either ignored or received only generic automated responses with no meaningful follow-up.
On 30.04.2026, I sent a formal written complaint demanding payment within 48 hours, citing intent to escalate to the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner and the UK Gambling Commission. No response was received within 7 days.

Current status:
The withdrawal remains pending. I have received no explanation, no estimated payment date, and no meaningful communication from 888casino.
What I am requesting:
Immediate release of my funds ($8205) to my Neteller account, which was the original and explicitly stated withdrawal method.
I have made every reasonable effort to resolve this matter directly with the casino before escalating to AskGamblers. The casino's prolonged silence and inaction leave me no alternative.
I am happy to provide any additional documentation upon request.

Withdrawal request still awaiting process after 18 days
Hi my support ID is 840559228. On April 25th 2026 I won 59,000 Canadian dollars on slots at 888 Casino. I requested a withdrawal, ID 941862948229 of 30,000 which was the maximum monthly withdrawal. I initially requested in to be E-Transferred but was unable to do that so I reversed the withdrawal and then redid it requesting a wire transfer . I uploaded my British Columbia , Canada drivers license and the required wire transfer information for my bank account. I was asked for a bank statement which I uploaded. The statement was for the same account I used to e-transfer the funds I used to gamble on the 888 Casino site and the name and address of the account match my drivers license. This is also the account I have requested the funds be wired to. I talked to a live agent after several days to enquire why my withdrawal was still awaiting process. He asked me to again upload my bank statement and ID which I did. On 888 casino the documents I uploaded are showing as awaiting verification since May 1st 2026 and I have not received any emails from 888 Casino giving me any updates on the withdrawal request or on the verification of my documents and ID. I have talked to 4 live agents on the support chat and have been told I dint need to upload any more documents and that they have escalated the matter to the payments department and that they will process the withdrawal as soon as possible. The fact that the documents are still not verified makes me believe that no progress has been made in my withdrawal request. If any other documents are required I will provide them immediately . I have turned off my ability to reverse the withdrawal in my 888 Casino account. This delay is way beyond the stated timeframes on the 888 Casino site.

Detailed Chronology:

Verified History: I have been a customer of 888.ro for some time and have successfully completed withdrawals in the past. My account was previously verified and considered compliant.

Recent Activity: A few days ago, I deposited and played sports betting. After finishing, I withdrew my entire balance without any issues.

New Session: After a couple of days, I decided to deposit again. This time, I played exclusively Live Baccarat in the Live Casino section. I managed to win, bringing my balance to [4300 ] RON.

The Obstacle: When I tried to withdraw my new winnings, the casino requested a screen recording of my banking app. However, my bank account has been officially closed by the bank in the meantime.

Official Evidence: Since it is technically impossible to record an app for a closed account, I provided 888.ro with official, stamped documents from the bank confirming the closure and my ownership.

Unfair Closure: Instead of accepting these official legal documents, 888.ro permanently closed my account, citing a generic breach of Terms and Conditions, and seized my funds.

My Position:
It is highly abusive for a casino to accept my deposits and allow me to play, only to demand an impossible verification method (video of a closed app) once I win at Live Baccarat. I have provided superior legal proof (bank papers), but they are being ignored to avoid paying out my winnings.

I am asking AskGamblers to mediate this case so I can receive my legitimate funds.

Everything was great until august 2022. I was playing regularly in the casino and haven't had any problems. Casino site was working ok and also payouts were processed according to limits.

I was playing for couple of years in the casino, without any issues. Mostly I was playing slots with progressive jackpot games and was lucky to win couple of times. I was able to make withdrawals according to casino limits without any problems. In august 2022 the casino asked for some additional documents to be sent as part of verification process, which I sent. I am still waiting for verification process to be completed. Last couple of months they are not even replying to my emails. Whenever I send an email they state that they will reply in max 72 hours but there is no reply at all. I also called them to their phone support and the girl on the other side also promised that they will reply via email in day or two, but nothing happened. I am waiting for months now already and since there is no reply from their side I asked them to close my account and send the remaining balance to my ewallet. They are not replying to my emails and still didn't send the money to me.

I don't find anything good about the casino yes they have a good selection of games but you can't stop the spins yourself!! I know I like to control the spins somewhat and you don't have the option at 888 Casino. Not cool at all... It doesn't matter if there are lots of games to choose from to me the fun is in hitting that button. Maybe this isn't a feature that everyone looks for, but I am sure that I am not the only one that finds this annoying...I don't know what more I can say except I won't be playing at this casino again. I don't like not being able to stop the spin on the slot games. They should let this fact be known at registration or in the bonus information. People should be aware of this part of the slots. I am glad I deposited a small amount I won't be depositing again because of this reason.

You are telling me that the positive part of the review is too short. It should have 150 character or more. Well, I am sorry to have to say that, but there is nothing to like about a Casino that makes no effort to resolve a wire that has never arrived on your account.

Deposit money. Played Live BlackJack. Won. Requested my winnings. Winnings never arrived at my account. Complained to 888, no resolution. Made claims to Malta Gaming Authority, no answer. Made a complaint on this site, no resolution. All I hear from 888 is "we have sent you the money, contact your bank", but they refuse to instruct their bank to search for the wire, knowing there is nothing the receiving bank can do unless it is contacted by the sending bank. So many similar complaints about 888 with cash out problems to be found on the internet. What can be worse than not receiving your money?

Used to be my go to casino! I won very big here ($65K plus some others around $5K) and enjoyed playing here for about 2 years. They had excellent customer/client/VIP support at the time I was playing here.

I stopped playing at 888 because they removed literally ALL the games I liked. ALL of them. Replaced with other, less polished games or games that just did not appeal to me. They also stopped doing bank transfers for my bank specifically? Withdraw methods from there were less appealing as well.

I was super disappointed to stop playing here! VIP support did contact me and they did do a very thorough job in trying to regain my business. It just wasn't mean to be!

I'm a medium staker (1 EUR bets) and playing there since some years now. I've made some good winnings there and never had trouble with payouts. Recently the site got a new fresh design and looks better now, with a bigger selection of available games (I personally miss games like 'King Kong Fury' or Play'n'Go (eg. Book of Dead) stuff). Processing the payouts is now a bit faster, from up to 8 days down to only 3 days. All in one I'm still satisfied. It feels like the win chances are a bit better or more fair as in other casinos (because games have there RTP values, but the bank can also regulate how much the site will give back to players). But,..

..I have absolutely no idea how this daily free spins thingy works for customers. On some very rare days I made my spin and had between 50 and 75+ free spins. But in 99% of all days (over months) I'm just getting between 2 - 7 spins a day. Seems not to make a real difference if I wager a day less, another day more (if I win big, I keep playing for about 10h+ there, wagering a lot).

The deal with the free spins is that you can use them on selected house made jackpot slots. In most cases the winnings are less than a half euro. I once hit a quintuplet playing Nightmare on Elm Street which had a payout of 200 EUR. The sad thing is, this was due free play mode and I just got some bucks. Because you have first to convert it from free play into bonus money and then to wager it. Another joke is, that the bonus rules tell you 'wagering x times, except you hit the jackpot!". Well, you just have chances hitting the jackpot if you are placing big bets.

In the meantime I made on other sites some more winnings from bonus money.

I'll keep on playing there. But 888 is not the only one I'm visiting. I'm currently very satisfied playing at bitcoin casinos.

Slow verification and withdrawal processing times. Account verification took a week Although they promised it would take 3 days. Also has to contact support multiple times and send many emails without any answers. At last chat person got the big wheels rolling.

Not much right now, the range of games is good. I don’t really play bingo on there as I prefer to be in a bingo hall. Depositing is easy, withdrawal is where my issue lies as problems aren’t rectified

There has been an error in my withdrawals. I have emailed on a number of occasions to sort it as I am entitled to my $500.03USD (2 separate withdrawals), I have had no response (the swift code needs changing) and no acknowledgment despite numerous emails asking for them to acknowledge receipt of emails and asking if they have passed the info to the relevant person. The bank can’t help me and assure me it is 888 casino’s responsibility. There must be a higher power I can go to to get this sorted and I won’t give up until I do - I need my winnings. If anyone can please tell me which organisation I can contact to take this higher I would appreciate it. I changed the swift code on my account last week as soon as the bank informed me of their error and did a small withdrawal, and that money reached my account quickly so I know this is easily remedied but 888 don’t want to help it seems.
