Operator not paying out 600 eu

I am currently trying to make a withdrawal, and ybets is withholding my funds. They have started investigating my gaming session on may 9 2025 and have not provided me with any further information, regardless of several emails, or contacts of their live chat. There has been no wrong activity on my account, bets of which some have won, some have lost. I am looking to withdraw my funds, around 630 eu and for further information on why a case was even raised, as there has been no wrong activity on my account, i have been cooperating, and they have only told me i will need to wait an indefinite ammount of time, for a problem of which they are not informing me, what it is, or any progress. I deposited around 340 euro, and now have 630 eu in my account. I am looking to withdraw my acquired winnings, and more information on my case.

There are now several emails by them that have not been responded to, and several attempts to contact their live chat, only for them to tell me to wait longer for no reason with no timeframe. They are holding my money and not giving my a way to get it back, or a timeframe when I will be able to. Additionally to note, they are only company I have ever encountered that even in itself are asking to wait two weeks. As it is money, sensitive topic, companies tend to solve such problems a lot faster.

I was unable initially to upload the screenshot. But I basically go to withdraw money, and the text I see is "Your previous bets are being reviewed by game or sport provider to ensure the fair play. You can withdraw again once review is completed"

It's been over two weeks, there is actually nothing to review, no further info requested, no further timeframes provided, I'm also being ignored by the company.

I can still confirm that i am unable to access the website ybets, ybets1, neither via my browser or vpn now in any way. Last i managed to get into the accouns i had 0 eur. However i actually am supposed to have, 654 eur, of which i have screenshots. There are no way to download any logs in there website, screenshots was the best thing i was able to obtain that proves my case.
