Ybets ignoring

I would like to file a complaint against Ybets Casino regarding an unresolved verification process and withheld winnings.
On December 17, 2025, I made a deposit at Ybets and subsequently won $5,000. Two days later, on December 19, Ybets requested a copy of my ID and a selfie holding my ID with their website visible in the background. I promptly complied with this request.
On December 26, I was informed that the selfie I had provided did not meet their quality requirements, and they asked me to submit a new one with better clarity. I provided the requested selfie on December 30, 2025, fulfilling all their instructions accurately.
Since then, Ybets has stopped responding. I sent a follow-up email on January 7, 2026, asking for an update regarding my verification status and withdrawal, but I have received no reply. My account remains unverified, and I am unable to withdraw my $5,000 winnings.
I have complied with every verification requirement and acted promptly throughout the process. However, Ybets has failed to communicate or process my verification within a reasonable timeframe. Their silence has effectively locked my funds on the site, and I am concerned they are deliberately delaying or withholding my withdrawal.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to contact Ybets on my behalf to expedite my account verification and ensure that my $5,000 winnings are paid out.
