Casino refuses to verify account
On 12 December 2025 I received an email from the Ybets KYC Team requesting identity verification documents in order to process my withdrawal of 3,410 USD from my account balance. The email asked for a copy of my passport/ID (both sides) and a selfie holding my ID in front of the Ybets website. I provided exactly these documents by email on 8 January and clearly stated that all requested documents were attached.
After sending the documents, my account has remained unverified and I am still unable to withdraw my balance. On 12 January and again on 17 January I sent polite follow‑up emails asking Ybets to confirm that my documents had been received and to update me on the status of my verification. Ybets has not replied to any of these messages, and no further information has been provided about my verification or withdrawal.
I believe that I have fully complied with Ybets’ KYC requirements, yet my withdrawal of 3,410 USD is still blocked without any explanation or response from their support. I am asking AskGamblers to contact Ybets and help ensure that my account is promptly verified and that my full balance of 3,410 USD is paid out, or that I receive a clear, justified explanation if Ybets believes there is any valid reason not to process my withdrawal.
