Unacceptable Delays and Poor Communication During Withdrawal Process

I completed the KYC verification process on this casino platform, which took an unreasonable 8 working days. Once it was finally approved, my first withdrawal of 500 USD — which was simply my initial deposit — was processed and approved.

However, the additional withdrawals I requested on the same day and following days due to 500USD wd limit at once have not been processed, despite the platform clearly stating a maximum 72‑hour withdrawal timeframe. It has now exceeded that limit, and no explanation, update, or communication has been provided.

This level of delay, lack of transparency, and complete communication failure is unacceptable. It reflects extremely poor service and raises serious concerns about the platform’s reliability.

Yes, I confirm that the payments have been received. However, immediately after the withdrawals were processed, my account was closed without any explanation.
I want to highlight that if I had not opened this complaint, it is very clear that I would not have received my withdrawals at all. The casino ignored me for days and only acted after the complaint became public.
This behavior shows that the casino waits for complaints to appear on AskGamblers before processing payments, likely to protect their rating. Players should stay away from this casino, and I believe this pattern should be addressed.

We wish to remind that Ybets does not state a maximum withdrawal processing time of 72 hours. The Terms are provided and agreed upon as follows:

8.9. Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment providers and methods Players use. Usually it can take up to 72 hours but not limited. Once a withdrawal has been processed successfully and released, a time period will apply depending on the payment method being used.
