Delay in processing my 500 EUR withdrawal
Hello,
I am submitting this complaint regarding delayed withdrawals at Ybets Casino.
My account has been fully verified. All requested KYC documents were submitted and approved a long time ago.
On December 28 i requested a withdrawal for 500 Euros, and according to Ybets Casino’s website, withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours. This timeframe has now passed, but the withdrawal is still marked as “Processing,” and no payment has been received. I have contacted live chat multiple times. Each time, I was informed that I would get my funds shortly. I even sent them an email, and the answer that I got on 31/12 was this
"We would like to inform you that your withdrawal in the amount of 500 EUR is currently being processed.
Our withdrawal procedures are designed to handle requests instantly or within 24 to 72 hours in most cases. While occasional delays can arise due to standard processing times in the payment provider's system, we see no issues with your current requests."
I kindly ask for assistance in receiving my Withdrawal without further delays.
