Delayed withdrawal over 72 hours with no clear update or finance response
I previously received two successful withdrawals from this casino (180 € and 120 €), both processed within approximately 24 hours without any issues.
My current withdrawal was requested on 16.04.2026 at 02:16. As of now, it has been pending for more than 72 hours with no progress or completion.
During this time, I have contacted the support team multiple times. I was repeatedly told to wait 24–72 hours, but after each period expired, I only received the same general responses without any concrete update or explanation.
I was also instructed to contact the finance department via email for more detailed information. However, I have not received any response from the finance department so far, despite following their instructions. The support also mentioned that the finance department operates continuously, which makes the lack of response even more unclear.
The withdrawal status has remained unchanged (“pending”) since the request was made, with no visible processing or update.
At this point, I have received no clear information regarding the reason for the delay, the current processing stage, or an estimated time for completion
Instead, I am only being repeatedly asked to wait without any concrete progress or explanation.
