KYC problem with the casino
I am filing this complaint regarding a withdrawal issue with Ybets Casino. (https://ybets.net/)
I requested a withdrawal on November 28, 2025. Shortly after submitting the request, I was told that I had to complete the KYC verification process. I completed all required verification steps as instructed. However, since then, my withdrawal has remained pending, and I have not received any further communication from the casino.
I have contacted Ybets support multiple times via live chat. Each time, I was told to contact support via email. Unfortunately, all of my emails have gone unanswered for weeks. There has been no update, no confirmation about my verification, and no information about when my withdrawal will be processed.
I have made several attempts to resolve this issue directly with the casino, but they are completely unresponsive. Therefore, I am submitting this complaint to AskGamblers in the hope that your team can help me get a response and receive my funds.

KYC completed: December 2, 2025
Current status: No response from casino, withdrawal not processed
