A few weeks ago Ybets casino had a brief site malfunction, it caused my $800 deposit, and several big slot wins (about $1000 worth) to not credit my account. All of this in a 15 minute window.
I complained about the $800 deposit first, which they sorted out within a couple days.
I complained about the slot wins not crediting at the same time. It has been over 2 weeks now. I usually get brushed off when I inquire about it taking so long, one of the times customer support chat told me a decision has been made, and to expect the funds within 24hrs, and then days later they tell me it’s still under review. No responses from emails. They are acting shady and giving me false information whenever I ask about it.

Thank you, I have received the funds in question. The 416 CAD has been requested to be withdrawn and is pending approval. Since these funds are directly related to the complaint, I will wait until the withdrawal is approved and then happily consider this resolved.
