Missing balance after withdrawal request

Hello,

I recently made a withdrawal request, and on the day I made the max allow, I had a remaining balance. The balance remaining, I was told should return back to my balance, to which case has not happened.

I was certain that once my withdrawal completed, I would then receive the remaining funds back. I have not.

Since then I have tried to contact support numerous time for a status update and the same response. I don’t know the exact amount but I have an idea. $700 to 800 difference.

The casino agents has given me the same response with no time of when it would looked into. I am requesting the remaining balance of my funds from after I made a withdrawal.

As apparent from the casino explanation, the AskGamblers Complaint Team have no other choice but to close the case as Resolved.

I understand what is being explained here, but I don’t understand when playing I had over $1000 and the daily limit was $1000 that is all I could request at that time . After requesting the withdrawal , I immediately noticed my balance that is remaining zero out . Which I was surprise and thought it had to be a mistake I went to chat immediately and ask the agent what happen to the remaining balance and he said it should be return to your account , I said it did not . I was told it would return to my account and that they will notify the finance team . We were on the same page . He understood me and I understood him. That is the only reason I kept following up regarding this matter. I makes no sense to allow my to withdraw the daily max and take away what remaining I had. How is that right and I am surprised of the response YBets has given.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Our platform operates with two types of balances: the real balance and the bonus balance. As per our Bonus Policy, specifically paragraph 2.11, when withdrawing real currency, the YBS balance is reset to zero with each withdrawal.
Additionally, a notification regarding the bonus deduction was clearly displayed on the withdrawal page to inform the user of this action.

When Mypanda requested the withdrawal, the platform automatically deducted the remaining bonus balance in accordance with this policy.

Please note that it is not possible to restore the deducted bonus balance.
We understand this may be disappointing, but we are committed to following our terms and conditions to ensure a consistent and fair experience for all users.
