Hello. I want to report about scammers, in particular about ybets casino.
On August 8th I used their bonus that they sent me by email, wagered and in order to withdraw funds they required a deposit of $25. I made this deposit, wagered 3 times and made a withdrawal request. ($57) The amount is small, but the situation is terrible.
After that their website stopped working until today, I couldn't access the website, there was no information for players, I was just in waiting mode.

Today the site started working again, I went in and saw that my withdrawal was still pending. I thought maybe there was some error and they just didn't see my request. I cancelled the withdrawal request and wanted to make a new one.
But now when I try to withdraw funds, I get messages that I have to wager my deposit 3 times again to withdraw funds. Why?

Okay, I went to random slots and did the wagering. Then I went to the withdrawal section and saw that the wagering was not counted. No matter what I do, the wagering is simply impossible to do.

I wrote to support, to which I was told that I just need to wait. How long to wait is unknown. Another month? I think they are scammers. I am writing a complaint here to speed up the process, otherwise they will drag out the time as much as possible
