Constant excuses not to pay a valid win
In late July this year I started playing at this casino. I deposited several hundred dollars and declined any bonus. Over a few weeks I won $1410 and on the 04/09/2020 I made a withdrawl request. In order to fund my account with my credit card I had to comply with their verification requirements; uploading shots of my credit card and proof of my address. 5 days later my request was declined as further verification of my credit card was required and I needed to complete a credit card voucher which I duly did. I received a confirmation email that my details had been updated appropriately and I again requested a withdrawl. 5 days later I when I contacted live chat, I was informed my request was again declined as I had not verified my bank details despite the fact I had uploaded a recent bank statement as part of their previous verification request. The live chat operator, who said he was a duty manager, stated he could not find any record of that upload and asked for a ticket number. As you can imagine I was becoming rather frustrated at this point, however, I duly upload another copy of a recent bank statement and received a confirmation email. To my astonishment, 5 days later I received an email ( attached ) informing me that my account had been chosen at random to be reviewed by management as part of a further verification process and again my withdrawl request was declined.
Can you believe the audacity of these people. This is total charlatanism. There are many trustworthy casinos out there who operate with integrity and look after their patrons because they know they will come back and bolster their reputation. More happy patrons means more profits. Stealing from patrons is lower than a dog. $1400 is not going to bankrupt me; the unprincipled behaviour of this group is gnawing at me and I am determined to do everything I can to alert other trusting patrons. Thank you
