
Hello I just found your service and hope you can help me, here's what happened:
I signed up with Tangiers casino and eventually, after quite a few deposits had a few good wins- I was also doing large bets, I don't know if that's relevant or not because after they made the first payment of $4000 they closed my account and have not responded to email.
I'm not sure exactly how much was still left pending in the account but I think it was about $21,000AU which is a life changing amount especially in these times and at this time of year I will be devastated if they are not going to pay, I don't understand how they can just close an account, keep their money and not respond to players?
I don't know what else to add, I sent the email to them on 17 Nov (11 days ago).
I would be very grateful for any assistance you can provide.
