I have deposited more than 1k in this casino. I had deposited bonus in my account

I have abided by all their rules. I withdrew 4k since 19th December 2021.

I find each time I email them I get no response. I go into chat and just get told the same thing. Every week they make an excuse to decline my withdrawal and put back in my casino account.

All my identification documents have been approved sometime ago. I have also completed and returned the cc vouchers that were required with the relevant pictures of my ID, to say I am beyond frustrated is an understatement.

I seem to be getting no where and keep getting fobbed off via chat.

What kind of casino is this..now they have told me over chat after waiting 3 weeks when verification done over 4th week they will return my balance again back to my playing account and i have to re submit it again for withdrawal...like you i have to wait over 6 weeks for withdrawal? Thats not..cooll..
I am ready to take this matter further legally even i have to spend more money over it ....
