The support is telling me all types of stories since 2 weeks on why they can't pay. First it was a software glitch, then it was the payment provider, then it was solved, but it was still not working, then I should try 5x1,000 instead of 5,000. Then I should try 10x500 and its been going the same way for 2 weeks now.

The "financial department" they always refer to is not able to fix things for all these weeks. Each time they say I should just keep waiting. I can submit more evidence if needed but if there would be any actual problems which prevents them from paying out then they should make other players also aware of that. There is no public announcement since weeks which just proves there is actually no issue and it's just them not wanting them to payout.

The payment provider they use "Elegro" is in direct contact with me and confirmed that there are no such issues on their end. So they clearly made all of this up which is just absurd at this point and perhaps after this case going public they want to reconsider what they are currently doing.
