On 3 September 2025, I emailed BetPanda support and requested that my account be permanently closed without the possibility to reopen it ever again, clearly stating that I no longer enjoy gambling.
BetPanda confirmed the permanent closure in writing the same day (proof attached).

Despite this, my account was later reopened, allowing me to deposit and gamble again.
This directly violates my explicit written request and BetPanda’s own confirmation, and constitutes a serious breach of responsible gambling and player protection obligations.

I contacted Betpanda formally to request an explanation and a refund but have not received a satisfactory response.
I respectfully request a full refund of all deposits made after 3 September 2025, as these funds were accepted while my account should have remained permanently closed.

I have attached the following evidence:
• My original email to Betpanda support requesting permanent closure (dated 3 September 2025).
• BetPanda’s confirmation email acknowledging the permanent closure.
• Screenshot proof of these communications with visible date and time.
• Proof of subsequent deposits and activity on the account after the closure date.
• My follow-up complaint email requesting a refund, to which Betpanda has not replied.

I would like to confirm that the total amount of disputed deposits made after my permanent account closure request on 3 September 2025 amounts to 5,095.06 USDT.

All of these deposits were made during the period when my account should have remained permanently closed, as Betpanda had confirmed in writing.

Please let me know if you require a breakdown of these transactions or any additional documentation — I will be happy to provide it promptly. (It is the total sum of the deposits showing on all my screenshots in my Betpanda account - I have circled the deposits in red mark)

Dear BetPanda Disputes Team,

I am writing to you formally regarding my unresolved complaint concerning the reopening of my account after a confirmed permanent closure request, and the deposits subsequently accepted in breach of that closure.

Background

On 3 September 2025, I explicitly requested the permanent closure of my account without the possibility to reopen, clearly stating that I no longer wished to gamble.
Your team confirmed this closure in writing on the same date.

Despite this confirmation, my account was later reopened and I was able to deposit and gamble again. This should not have been possible under any circumstances.

I raised this matter formally with your support team and also through AskGamblers, where the complaint has now been closed as Unresolved, due to the absence of any response from BetPanda — despite your prior statement that the matter was under investigation and that I would be contacted by email.

Financial Impact

As a direct result of your failure to enforce the permanent closure of my account, I deposited a total of:

5,095.06 USDT

All of these deposits were made after the confirmed closure date and should never have been accepted.

Formal Demand

I am therefore formally requesting:
1. A full refund of 5,095.06 USDT, representing all deposits made after 3 September 2025
2. Written confirmation that my account is now permanently and irreversibly closed
3. A written explanation of how and why my permanently closed account was reopened

Notice of Escalation

Please treat this email as a final attempt to resolve this matter amicably.

If I do not receive a substantive response and resolution within 7 calendar days, I will proceed with escalation, including but not limited to:
• Filing complaints with relevant consumer protection and financial authorities
• Contacting payment service providers used for the disputed transactions
• Submitting formal reports to additional independent dispute and industry watchdog platforms
• Preserving all evidence for potential legal or regulatory review

This matter is fully documented, including written confirmation of permanent closure, transaction records, and correspondence history.

I strongly prefer to resolve this directly with BetPanda, without further escalation, but I am prepared to take the necessary steps if no response is received.
