Originally won 10,000 withdrew 10,000 that was approximately 6 weeks ago since then have jumped through every hoop they wanted me to and in the end they said don't we can they can only pay me out in 4,000 increments every Friday finally receive the first one but then the second one has not shown and I can't get hold of them and their ghosting me

Zodiac Casino - Not responding to my emails

The casino has restricted the account. Since May 23, I can only log in and I can 't play. I sent all the documents. They respond twice a month. Since August 4, they do not respond to emails in the chat, they do not solve anything.

I had a balance of $230, but the balance disappeared somewhere? The score is zero. I don't understand why it can take so long and when they unlock and return $230 to the casino balance.

Zodiac casino has told me repeatedly that I don’t have a valid email and I ain’t using a matching email, although this is the same email I always use, so know they won’t pay me my 260$ withdrawal that they owe me.

They continue to ignore my emails and have erased many emails from them up to March of 2022 and I have played this casino many times before as well.

As per their term, it's supposed to be in pending for 48 hours. It was supposed to be released yesterday, but the amount is still in my account.

I try to reach support and all they can say is It will be send tomorrow. They can't tell me when exactly and why they didn't send it yesterday.

My complain here is that the 48 hours pending is long enough, now 95+ hours in pending is unacceptable and we all know why they do that "pending" period.

I will have to wait all week-end and more when I should have received it yesterday.

Support won't help me other than saying tomorrow.

I had been playing for a couple of weeks with no problems. I had €0.00bonus cash and €20443.76 in cash balance so I decided to withdraw it, that was ok I sent all the I'd documents they asked for, they even got back to me saying "with a large amount they will pay €4000.00 a week" witch I didn't mind to much. I played the slots with Zodiac Casino and maganaged to win £3,500. I went to withdrew my money on 24th April 2019 and still have not received my money- despite providing all 6 of the documents that Zodiac have slowly requested from me over 14 days.

Zodiac have still been encouraging me to gamble via email and accepting my deposits.

I strongly think that Zodiac do not have the funds to pay me.

Zodiac emailed me on 29 April saying that in order to process my withdrawal I needed to send my:

Utility bill

Driving licence

Front and back of card.

I sent all the requested documents. However Zodiac still did not process my withdrawal; and 7 days later they asked for my bank statement, and bizarrely a picture of my ID next to the computer with my Zodiac signed in.

I duly provided this and have still not received my money.

Please asssist me with this Ask Gambler.

Zodiac Casino - Payment delayed, risk management team is yet to comeback after a week of waiting

Hi, I went on winning 400usd however when I initiated the withdrawal casino asked to confirm the identity and requested to send the documents via email. Bad customer service, their favorite saying "be right with you" or "hold on a minute please".

Bad game play, keep getting booted been a member for months and only won once off £210 to which they tried to keep it in my game account so I'm tempted to play it. They claim they give the highest pay rate off 96% but they don't. Lost thousands but customer services just keeps egging me on saying I will be lucky next time word off warning: stay away from Zodiac casino. If you want to give your money away give in to a charity or a family member or friend that needs it.

I wont be going back.

The games are good they also have live chat if your stuck???

I think the site is a con I deposited £1 got the £20 to play and won over £500. I withdrew £500 after being told I had met the waging requirements and have today seen they have blocked my account. I have emailed them and not heard anything. I have also been on live chat and they cannot resolve the situation it seems a joke. Nobody wants to help.

Nothing to like about this casino.

I joined Zodiac casino about 3 weeks ago because of their interesting bonus offer- make a 1€ deposit and get 20€ free. Since they have Microgaming software which is one of my favorites, I knew I would have a great time there.
At first I downloaded their software, the sign up was really fast. Then I made the deposit and claimed the bonus. Thankfully, everything with that went smooth and a couple of minutes later I got my bonus. So my start balance was 22€ and the wagering was 30x.

Then I went to play Game of Thrones, 15 line version. I placed 0.15€ bets per spin and played 100 autospins. Within them I got free spins feature and it boosted my balance for 40€. I played this game the whole evening and it was the only game I played. I got many features, most payed 100x bet winnings, as I played with 0.15 or 0.30€ bets. I each time changed the free spins, so I tried all of them, but my most favorite were the Lannister spins- 10 free spins with 4x multiplier, and when I got them, on the last spin all reels were covered with their wilds and it gave me a 450€ win! Zodiac casino is also owned by the company casino rewards. I opened this casino accidentally and what actually hooked me here was the banner that said 2000% welcome bonus. I was literally in a shock because all I could think of in my mind that how much would I get from the casino if I deposit 50$ here. Such a big bonus and the games from the MG software really convinced me to take this bonus and I created an account on this casino and downloaded the appof this casino right away. I deposited 1$ and got 20 and this is really something very unique 20 for just 1$ deposit wow. I was already dreaming of winning big money and all that. I got straight to the action after taking the bonus amount from the support team.

I started with the mad hatter games and was betting the minimal. And the play through was 30 times which is not that big. Actually it does not look big now because some casinos have 99 times wager. I finally got some money on my e-wallet and I decided to try my luck with some deposit bonus. I decided to go low and by low I mean a 1 euro deposit for some bonus (my e-wallet balance was 10 euros). I went through the deposit list here at AskGamblers and set the filter on minimum deposit 1 euro.I have to say I was surprised when I saw 3 casinos with bonuses for a 1 euro deposit.
