Twin Casino - Casino deliberately doesn't accept submitted documents

Hello!

I have trouble with Twin Casino. The casino deliberately doesn't accept submitted documents that meet the stated requirements.

After the verification request, the following documents were sent to the casino.

On March 25, I completed and submitted the "Source of Wealth - Questionnaire"

On March 28, I sent documents confirming funds received as winnings from another casino to make a deposit at Twin Casino:

the transaction history of my Skrill payment wallet, which shows the receipt of winnings from the casino.

On May 08, I sent the following documents to the casino:

Skrill statement for the last 3 months (02/07/2023 - 05/08/2023). The preamble of the statement contains my personal data: Customer ID, and email.

The Skrill payment system statement does not contain my personal data, such as first and last name, address, and phone number. In this regard, I provide you - A screenshot of my personal Skrill profile with my personal data: last name and first name, address, phone number, Customer ID, and email.

The casino did not accept these documents, asking them to provide them in the best quality, but an extract from the Skrill payment wallet indicating the name and surname. to do this, I contacted Skrill directly with a request to send a statement in accordance with the requirements of Twin Casino.

On May 12, I sent the documents sent earlier in good quality to Twin Casino, as well as a Skrill statement indicating the name and surname.

But, the documents were not accepted again!!!

None of the casinos had such problems when passing verification! Moreover, having studied the information about the casino license, I hoped to receive high-quality services, but instead, for 2 months I send various documents for verification.

I can't solve the problem on my own, please help me.

Twin Casino - Seven flawless proof of address refused
Hello.

I made my withdrawal three weeks ago and have been in constant contact with their verification team since then.

They keep rejecting my documents even though I have provided them with seven different proof of address.

They ask for some of the following documents:

Proof of Address
An official document such as:
• Utility bill. (including electric, natural gas, water, and waste)
• Bank statement
• Council tax bill
• Recent mortgage statement.
• Home Insurance certificate or policy.
• Letter from national or local governments.
• Landline, internet and/or TV broadband bill
• Credit reference agency
• Health and car insurance documents
or any official letter from the government issued to you, showing your name, address and date of issue (not older than 6 months).

I have provided statements from all the norwegian banks where I am a customer, I have sent several documents from norwegian authorities as well, including the military and norwegian police.

I feel totally hopeless since this process has taken forever and I keep refusing documents that are valid based on the list above. I have won ≈1300 EUR and it is obvious to me that they simply don't want to pay me my winnings and that they will refuse whatever document I send to them. I feel bitter and irritated, the treatment has been nothing else than highly unprofessional (sometimes they don't respond to my emails even in four days).

I really need help, I did not expect this from a MGA licensed company.

Twin Casino - Delayed withdrawals for almost 2 weeks

Hi

I have 15 pending withdrawals of 5k EUR each on Twin Casino.

These are winnings from different days: December 30-31, January 2-4, and now from a major win on January 8.

These withdrawals (almost 2 weeks old) are delayed due to a gameplay check by the provider, I was told in my contact with the casino.

Their Loyalty program customer service is always very helpful and assures me that my winnings are on the way and that these are pure routine checks. But for every day that passes I'm getting more and more worried that my winnings will not be paid out.

The "problem" is that I have kept playing during this time, since they assured me that any new possible winnings are not affected by this delay and should be processed regularly, and have (after first losing a large amount of the winnings) kept winning more and more. So I'm now up to 75k in winnings that have not yet been processed or paid out.

I'm actually very happy with my overall experience on Twin and have nothing negative to say about the casino except this delay that worries me. I have had previous withdrawals that have taken a maximum of 3 days on Twin.

I have read and reread the terms of the casino and I have not broken any rules or regulations also my account was verified twice, the last time on December 23 (only a week before the first withdrawal request in this "issue").

During my contact with the casino I have asked many times if they have everything from me to process these withdrawals after the GP check is done, and I have been assured many times that they have everything they need from me and are only waiting on the green light from the game provider. However, this morning I woke to find an email about needing to send proof of wealth, documents that I have already sent to them in December.

I uploaded these again immediately (about 10 hours ago) and haven't heard from them again, even though I tried emailing and live chatting with them to get an explanation after this request.

I'm hesitant to create this issue with you, but I'm very concerned now that my winnings will never reach me, and I am no longer getting a response from the casino, so I'm asking you for help.

I have screenshots of all the withdrawal requests and also from my game transactions with large/major wins and some screenshots from the actual game when I won. I also have all the written contact conversations (e-mails) with the casino saved and attached.

Quick and easy verification. Chat is always helpful. Withdrawals are super fast ( I use EMT). Site is somewhat easy to maneuver. They seem to have frequent free spin deposit bonus, if you like those.

The Games don’t play like they do on other sites. I have deposited probably 7-8 times more on this site in the last few weeks, than my other 2 sites and have withdrawn about 4 times more $, on the other sites. I find ( 97% of the times i deposit) i’m triggering free spins on games 0-1 times with little wins, just a lot of dead spins, day after day.

I signed up a little while ago but never played. and I'm glad I did!! From the start everything impressed me! Twin casino I've known for a while but for some reason I never signed up with them. Lately I've seen some great feedback for them from other players, and that of course made me more interested in trying them out myself. However, I think it was a great timing that I hadn't signed up there before, as when I noticed them being a partnered casino for AG coin, I finally pursued them.

The AG coin was 5eur free chip with 1x wagering requirements. Of course, it's not a massive bankroll, but it's definitely enough to see if the casino is a good fit and if any difficulties appear already. I verified my phone number and signed up using AG coin. After I had signed up to the casino, the coin was already in my balance and I didn't have to talk to support, which was great.
The casino is powered by several well-known game providers, including Netent and Microgaming so that was a good start. I used my 5eur chip on Twin Spin slot but it lasted less than 5min.

However, after that I decided to make a deposit and claim the welcome bonus. I had gone through the bonus terms and I was very pleased to see that the list of bonus excluded games wasn't long and none of the games I'd usually play, were excluded. So then I made a 30eur deposit and claimed my 100% bonus. The offer is great as it gives a 100% match onus as well as 50 free spins, if you deposit 50eur or more. This time I didn't want to deposit 50eur simply because then my wagering would be 2000eur.

But having 60eur balance I had to wager only 1200eur which was a decent requirement. I like that the bonus needs to be wagered only 40x times. I played Twin Spin with minimum bets, had a few 100x bet wins and boosted my balance over 100eur. Then I went to play Reactoonz with 40 cent bets, but the game was completely dead. Then at the end I went to play Book of Dead, with a few 1eur bets, which are untypical for me, but I was hoping for a quick boost. That didn't happen and I soon lost my remaining balance.

Overall I think that Twin is a great casino- the mobile casino is effortless and looks great. The games weren't lagging and no technical errors occurred. Aside from that, the casino has interesting leveling up rewards as well as weekend races, so I'll be playing there more to see if I can benefit from these features. I'd recommend them.

As a Canadian player I wasn’t allowed to do a bank withdrawal. After winning my 100$ from wagering, I asked them how I would be able to withdraw my winnings. Staff told me I could deposit paysafe card and withdraw via ecopayz.
I did those steps and I wasn’t allowed to withdraw.
Support said they would submit a ticket regarding this issue for me, and someone would get back to me in 7hrs. How convenient.

I love playing live casino, however with this casino’s Evolution gamings “Blackjack”; doesn’t allow you to bet “perfect pairs” as a side bet, you only get to bet “21+3”. Other than these issues the casino was fun.

Really appealing design. A whole lot of variety on slots. All the great games and provider are listed on the sites !
Easy to navigate. IMO the best overall design of all sites!
It have what it take to be a great site!

If you have no idea how good or bad slots can give or take, you may believe that slots only take big and give cheaps!
If you don't care less about winning and losing but having a great gambling experience you will likely like it :)

While already a big fan of most things GiG/MT Secure Trade and quite open to testing out all who take a kick at the can under the white label or brand umbrella, Twin I think has that little something extra that may be lacking in some of the other sites.

It's not the game selection, which is more than adequate and on par with all of my other fav sites.

It's not the bonuses, which are fairly standard and in line with what one typically expects to see from a MTST site.

It's not the recently added casino races.. (though if you've read my previous MT reviews.. you know this is indeed a personal preferred perk offered by my top choices for my deposit dollars)

It's not even the loyalty program, generous freebies or the site design (which for the record is clean, crisp, easy to navigate and very well executed)

No.. Despite all of the above ranging anywhere from more than adequate to quite impressive, what really sets Twin apart for me is the management. I've played quite some time and with continued loyalty at some of the top GiG brands and I couldn't begin to tell you who is in charge at any of them, what their personality is like or for that matter if they even exist. This certainly isn't the case at Twin. The casino manager Kasper is very active in player communities, listening to complaints, suggestions, general whining and ranting and the occasional kudos as well. More than just being an active sounding board though it;s easy to see that he is committed to making Twin a site that players call home and want to return to over and over again as new suggestions are implemented, terms and conditions are tweaked and bonuses/promos are adjusted to meet the players desires.

in very short order after becoming a depositor the VIP manager Alex, an instantly likeable and quite affable fella, fired me off an email to introduce himself.. This despite the fact I had lifetime deposits of less than $100 and after a couple lucky sessions withdrawals totaling almost 4 times that.. and to top it off, he added some extra spins to my account to welcome me.. Unheard of behavior in my experience. Many of my frequent haunts are happy to toss me some freebies when I'm losing.. but that generosity well typically runs dry as soon as I begin to approach even, yet alone come out ahead..
