Stupid Casino

Very bad experience at this casino. On the one hand it does not respect responsible gambling because several times I closed my account for addiction having specified to support and by email to customer service that I no longer wished to reopen my account, unfortunately I was able to reopen it several times.... Rtp is almost non-existent, I've lost a lot on one and the same machine over more than two months registered with them. As a vip member I only had one cashback of 5% on my losses! No bonus offered.
This casino versus is best avoided because there really is no chance...

Nice interface and easy to navigate. A lot of providers and games. You can ask to add cashback immediately after lose money. That's it, not so much positive things about this casino

A lot of problems to make withdrawals. I am using credit card to make deposit but you can withdraw money to crypto only. They have option to withdraw money to credit card but it is not possible because they always have problems to make withdrawal and your money return to casino balance.
By the way support agents very rude, always disconnecting in chats. It is not possible to contact via email. I sent few emails and any response for 4 days. It looks they don't respect clients.
Poor bonus system too.

Great promotions, many games. Bonuses have low wager requirements. That all is great of course if they fulfill their commitments in time. Support answers prompt.

I registered in this casino a week ago. I made a deposit near 300 and won nearly 700. Requested withdrawal and had a message that it would be performed in a day. After couple of days I asked support what's the matter why they delayed payment, they answered it would be in a day, then after another couple days - I contacted support again they said that would "inform their financial department". Today was my 3-rd try, I demanded clear answer from Laura, but she couldn't. Again about that "almighty" financial department - that has already been informed for sure. In total - withdrawal unreasonable delays from casino - it is the worst part of gambling. Any casino having delays should not have good rating. Support is prompt but useless. So 2 stars are maximum.

Great layout, most providers present, fantastic clear bonus system… but most of all… never before, anywhere my account was verified in 24h, ánd my winnings were paid a little bit later. Winnings from no wager sticky bonus. Superb!!!

I still have to find negative aspects. If I have to say anything it will be the pop-up sometimes of an automatic message of customer support, every session at least one time.

Playing with a bonus, the payout is only 5x,it's a shame that the bonuses are so good, but it's a deterrent because you play all day for a 5x bonus payout.
