Ich wurde von dem Support mehrere Stunden hingehalten ( es sei normal 2-3 h zu warten ) wobei es um eine Echtzeitüberweisung ging.
Nach 3 h Wartezeit wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass dies erstmal durch eine Anfrage geklärt werden kann , worauf ich mehrere Stunden warten sollte. Habe mich jedoch nach mehrere Stunden beim Support gemeldet und habe erfahren, dass sie Anfrage noch nichtmal gesendet worden ist.

Nothing happens after 48 hours, then you ask again. They say additional verification of withdrawal (???) will be processed after 5 days. Nothing happens, you ask after 5 days. They say: The last operator must have made a mistake. Your withdrawal of funds needs 31 calendar days to be verified by us.

So, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that this casino should be avoided.
