I made 2 withdrawals totalling over €4000 on 3rd November and I'm still waiting for them to be processed. I have sent everything Spinit have asked me for and have still been left waiting. It's now been a month and I don't know what to do anymore, I have sent countless emails to them and also tried live chat several times but no one will help me. Has really tainted my view of a casino I really liked playing at before.

After taking a time out I proceeded to log in to my account and then due to a technical error your side I was logged back out and self excluded on the 10th June. It's not good when a casino lets you deposit within a minute after you create an account, but it takes days (and still ongoing) to withdraw. Too much handling for withdrawals, need a lot of verification documents to verify your account while already giving most of that info for deposits.

Everything. I won $100 on this casino. I requested to withdraw to my card. My card doesn't work so they suggested to the bank acc associated with that card. I click on that option and there is an "unexpected error". Every single time. It has been almost 2 weeks trying to get anyone to answer my emails. Have sent in all documentation for them to manually put the money into my account and suddenly no one wants to respond. I go to Live chat and funny, now it only gives me the loading symbol. I am utterly disgusted in this casino. Its $100 not thousands. Disgusting customer service and zero help.

Well, where do I start? Back to August 2019, I signed up to Spinit deposited £50 and took a deposit bonus 100% match and free spins. Used up my cash, then went into bonus funds, won a nice bit of money then carried on wagering it through. Completed wagering and withdrew a nice £1,200 and left £300 in my account to play with. Couple of days later all my winnings were confiscated and my £50 deposit refunded, followed by an email to say I’d breached bonus t&c’s. I emailed Spinit and asked for proof of this as I didn’t raise my stake til I completed wagering, they then sent me proof. Spinit have a (unfortunately inaccurate) pop up message to say when you have completed wagering, I had received a couple of these pops up to say I had completed wagering before I raised my stake. Anyway, I raised this situation with Spinit - who completely and utterly ignored what I was saying to them, they didn’t even acknowledge what I was stating to them. I continued to try and make them acknowledge what I was saying but I had no luck, I even explained how I had signed up because of an affiliate of theirs who is very big in the gambling community amongst YouTube and I took their recommendation on trying to find a new casino - they didn’t care. It was like trying to get blood out of a stone with how ignorant Spinit were being towards my issue I was raising with them. In the end I got fed up, said if they weren’t gonna address my issue then close my account as I didn’t want their poxy free spins they were offering me to try and keep me interested in their casino and that I would take the matter further. They didn’t care, closed my account straight down. Got to be one of the worst customer service situations I’ve had in a while, rude casino who don’t care about their customers, just their money.
Anyway I did take my complaint further, fast forward to today 12/12/2019.. IBAS have gone in my favour in this case and have agreed I didn’t breach t&c’s deliberately to try and abuse bonus funds and they have to pay the winnings minus a small sum which was invalid to the wagering amount. I always check t&c’s and as any gambler knows most casinos have the same t&c’s for bonus funds, I have had similar happen at other highly rated casinos and never had a problem with receiving winnings.
Save yourself the trouble of using this casino and go for someone more rated, I have seen so many bad reviews saying they don’t pay out and they don’t, they always try find a way to wiggle out of it!
On this occasion I won but let’s see how long it now takes them to pay, I might just be back on here leaving another negative review!

I really liked this casino until recently. I have submitted a complaint to spinit via askgamblers about a refund what I have been waiting for since the 2nd dec. I have made withdrawals in the past but this time I was asked to send the required documents in different format types which I happily did. I was then sent an email to confirm that my account was fully verified. Still no refund. I was then told in order to receive my money I had to open up a ewallet account, they claimed it was for security reasons. I explained that I have never used or had an ewallet account before, they kindly send me a list of ewallet accounts to choose from, each One having clear instructions of how to open an account. I obliged and set one up I then sent the proof that they asked for. Still no refund. I’ve sent email after email and I’m getting fobbed off with the same line every time “this has been passed to our relevant department and they will email you soon, please be patient a little longer, you're a top priority” well clearly I’m not a priority because I’m still waiting 10 weeks later. I posted a review about spinit on trustpilot and they replied to the review with nothing but lies, telling me my refund was processed on the 25th jan and to wait up to 7 working days... guess what I’m still waiting. Being told to be patient just a little longer is infuriating because I’ve been more than patient and I've waited long enough! I lost my job at the start of this yr due to the pandemic, I’m struggling financially and I’m stressed. I’ve explained my situation to spinit but they ain’t interested. £369 to me, is a lot of money…
