The Website layout is good. Plenty of deposit options. A wide choice of games.

I really liked this casino until recently. I have submitted a complaint to spinit via askgamblers about a refund what I have been waiting for since the 2nd dec. I have made withdrawals in the past but this time I was asked to send the required documents in different format types which I happily did. I was then sent an email to confirm that my account was fully verified. Still no refund. I was then told in order to receive my money I had to open up a ewallet account, they claimed it was for security reasons. I explained that I have never used or had an ewallet account before, they kindly send me a list of ewallet accounts to choose from, each One having clear instructions of how to open an account. I obliged and set one up I then sent the proof that they asked for. Still no refund. I’ve sent email after email and I’m getting fobbed off with the same line every time “this has been passed to our relevant department and they will email you soon, please be patient a little longer, you're a top priority” well clearly I’m not a priority because I’m still waiting 10 weeks later. I posted a review about spinit on trustpilot and they replied to the review with nothing but lies, telling me my refund was processed on the 25th jan and to wait up to 7 working days... guess what I’m still waiting. Being told to be patient just a little longer is infuriating because I’ve been more than patient and I've waited long enough! I lost my job at the start of this yr due to the pandemic, I’m struggling financially and I’m stressed. I’ve explained my situation to spinit but they ain’t interested. £369 to me, is a lot of money…

Live chat won't help me and emails being ignored.
I made 2 withdrawals totalling over €4000 on 3rd November and I'm still waiting for them to be processed. I have sent everything Spinit have asked me for and have still been left waiting. It's now been a month and I don't know what to do anymore, I have sent countless emails to them and also tried live chat several times but no one will help me. After taking a time out I proceeded to log in to my account and then due to a technical error your side I was logged back out and self excluded on the 10th June. I received an email that this self exclusion was done in error, replied to the email as stated, restriction was lifted a few days later and on trying to log back in the same thing happened again!
I have sent numerous emails via the contact form, you can't speak to a real person via live chat only a bot and I've received no response to any of the emails I've sent. This is getting beyond ridiculous now and has ruined a site I would have played on regularly again.

Good range of online games and evolution live casino like crazy time and monopoly live. 24/7 live chat, easy to make an account and very easy to deposit.

It's not good when a casino lets you deposit within a minute after you create an account, but it takes days (and still ongoing) to withdraw. Too much handling for withdrawals, need a lot of verification documents to verify your account while already giving most of that info for deposits.

Also 'verification usually will be cleared within 24 hours but might take up to 72 hours' is a joke, since I'm already waiting longer than that. Still waiting for the withdrawal to proceed. In the meanwhile, you are getting tickled from 'pending withdrawals' to cancel one to play with again, not good! Make withdrawals easier, so I can play again with a bit of the money I want to withdraw.

Has a really good range of games to choose from, and you also have the option to add a list of your favorite games. It makes it easy to access them at any time, pretty nice.

Everything. I won $100 on this casino. I requested to withdraw to my card. My card doesn't work so they suggested to the bank acc associated with that card. I click on that option and there is an "unexpected error". Every single time. It has been almost 2 weeks trying to get anyone to answer my emails. Have sent in all documentation for them to manually put the money into my account and suddenly no one wants to respond. I go to Live chat and funny, now it only gives me the loading symbol. I am utterly disgusted in this casino. Its $100 not thousands. Disgusting customer service and zero help.

Egnore All Negative Reviews. Unfortunately, I have no pros. I would like to say the game selection was good but my review is all negative. Wasting characters as I don’t have any pros.

Well, where do I start? Back to August 2019, I signed up to Spinit deposited £50 and took a deposit bonus 100% match and free spins. Used up my cash, then went into bonus funds, won a nice bit of money then carried on wagering it through. Completed wagering and withdrew a nice £1,200 and left £300 in my account to play with. Couple of days later all my winnings were confiscated and my £50 deposit refunded, followed by an email to say I’d breached bonus t&c’s. I emailed Spinit and asked for proof of this as I didn’t raise my stake til I completed wagering, they then sent me proof. Spinit have a (unfortunately inaccurate) pop up message to say when you have completed wagering, I had received a couple of these pops up to say I had completed wagering before I raised my stake. Anyway, I raised this situation with Spinit - who completely and utterly ignored what I was saying to them, they didn’t even acknowledge what I was stating to them. I continued to try and make them acknowledge what I was saying but I had no luck, I even explained how I had signed up because of an affiliate of theirs who is very big in the gambling community amongst YouTube and I took their recommendation on trying to find a new casino - they didn’t care. It was like trying to get blood out of a stone with how ignorant Spinit were being towards my issue I was raising with them. In the end I got fed up, said if they weren’t gonna address my issue then close my account as I didn’t want their poxy free spins they were offering me to try and keep me interested in their casino and that I would take the matter further. They didn’t care, closed my account straight down. Got to be one of the worst customer service situations I’ve had in a while, rude casino who don’t care about their customers, just their money.

Anyway I did take my complaint further, fast forward to today 12/12/2019.. IBAS have gone in my favour in this case and have agreed I didn’t breach t&c’s deliberately to try and abuse bonus funds and they have to pay the winnings minus a small sum which was invalid to the wagering amount. I always check t&c’s and as any gambler knows most casinos have the same t&c’s for bonus funds, I have had similar happen at other highly rated casinos and never had a problem with receiving winnings.

Save yourself the trouble of using this casino and go for someone more rated, I have seen so many bad reviews saying they don’t pay out and they don’t, they always try find a way to wiggle out of it!
On this occasion I won but let’s see how long it now takes them to pay, I might just be back on here leaving another negative review!

The choice of games are good - I hadn't played for a while and forgot my password - all this was sorted very quickly.

They seem to have most games available from most providers and the layout / platform looks good.

If you want a real challenge ?? Try and get paid by this casino !!!

I deposited / won and then cashed out.

Need to verify my account - fair enough - sent the information.

Apparently it takes 72 hours ( yes you read that correctly ) to verify / look at documents and then a further 48 hours to process the withdrawal - so FIVE days !!!

I have absolutely no doubt I will get an email in a few days saying one fo the documents is wrong etc so the whole 72 hours will start again ??

Its just ridiculous - I fully understand that these casinos have to work within certain guidelines - have checks / balances to complete but 5 days ???

There is more and more competition out there online and many casinos now pride themselves in paying players quickly - I will keep you posted how longer actually takes to get my money but I am not confident/

Earlier this year I realised that the Genesis group of casinos were giving out some of the best multi-stage new player bonus packages of any of the online casinos so was looking around for another one I could play after I’d finished at Genesis casino when I stumbled across Spinit. It seems like a lot of the big casino groups are launching a new brand every other month these days, and generally speaking I wish they would concentrate on maintaining the quality of their existing sites. That said, Genesis seems to do a pretty good job with each of their launches, and Spinit is no exception.

Whilst there is nothing particularly remarkable about the sites design, it does look good and is perfectly functional. The tagline seems a little bit overcooked to me though – surely “Spin it to win it!” would have been perfectly acceptable, rather than the somewhat bizarre “Spin it, dare to win it” they decided to run with? I don’t know maybe I spend a bit too much time thinking about the branding of these online casinos … I guess I’m easily amused!

Spinit proudly boasts over 1300 games and I’ve definitely spotted many more providers than are listed here on this page at Askgamblers. I’m not sure when Big Time Gaming was added to the Genesis casinos but for me that’s definitely a major omission from this page as their slots as I play a lot of their games at the moment. I’ve also noticed a bunch of Oryx and Yggdrasil games here, but I’m sure there could be lots of other developers who need adding to the list here I haven’t spotted.

As with most of the other Malta based casinos verification here isn’t done automatically and requires the usual pile of documents… for me I needed my card, e-wallet, proof of address and passport, but there were a couple of slightly unusual requests whilst getting through KYC as well. It wasn’t really a problem but did take a couple of days which ended up stretching out the time it took to receive my first withdrawal, which was already extended because of the insistence on using a card to deposit rather than Skrill if I wanted to get my new player bonuses.

One last notable thing about SpinIt is the large number of extra promotions they offer in addition to the welcome bonuses. There are regular reload bonuses on Mondays & Fridays, plus some other offers as well. Made a deposit on Sunday Sept 8th and managed to win 1000$. Made the withdrawl request and it was deposited into my bank account via etransfer on Tuesday Sept 10th. Very fast payout. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. Thia casino was the easiest to withdraw from.

Withdrew money 6 days ago now and still hasnt been processed. I have emailed and asked on live chat and was told I would have a email when it was processed. Should not take that long at all so I doubt ill be playing on the site again.

This site has my favorite game on it.
I feel lucky on this site as I collected £200 on registration on after depositing and playing with a total of £50 pounds. The processing of my winnings only took about 36hrs, I am just waiting to see it in my bank now which should take 1 to 3 days so I should see my lovely win by this Friday at the latest. The customer service are friendly and very helpful.

Lay-out of the casino, games are nice and all live games

Extreme slow withdrawal and Kyc takes longer than 72h! They wait for this because players reserve there withdrawal and lose there profits again. So watch out for this tactic of this cheating way to let players lose there money. Beware bonus many games are restricted.

When you start they have good games. Withdrawing funds is a problem they ask you to verify account which getting details is sometimes quite tricky to get.

They can mislead you with false promises of free spins which they don't tell you until you deposit a certain amount then you have to deposit a certain amount each day for ten days which costs yourself a good sum of money. My advise stay clear liars is a good word for them.

So where do we start..
They have a nice site, easy to navigate and find stuff.
Good bonus promotions and an ok wager on the bonus.
Good deposit and withdrawal options.

The games are very laggy and and very often does it happen that u get an error in the middle of the game and u have to restart the slot wich is very annoying...
They have withdrawal limits daily/weekly/month which is just bad.
Verification says 24h or maybe 72 if busy.. It takes more then that for some reason.
Withdrawals also take long time u have to go on live chat to complain to get ur withdrawal processed which should not be needed. I won around 9k euro took almost 3 weeks to get out since they do 1 withdrawal a day.
So if u have patience you can play here...They do verify and cashout but very slowly.

This has to be the best online casino I have used, very friendly and efficient help available online or offline,
I made a withdrawal for £40 late on the Friday afternoon and the payment was in my bank on Saturday morning, this is by far the fastest payout I have ever encountered in the many years that I have been gambling online,

Nice looking page. The games work nicely. Can't really complain about the bonuses they' re giving. I have also found the customer service adequate.

I got this "wait.. what" feeling when I read that spinit is aiming to be a casino of the year. There are so many things that are far from being player-friendly.
1. The verification process lasts for a week. It's feels really predatory to be really easily able to cancel the withdraw week after the withdrawal.
2. The max cash out even from deposit related free spins is 100eur or equivalent. If you win more, you'll then again face a long period of waiting. The waiting time is for them to make the internal checks. One really gets the feeling that they are seeking every possible loop hole to confiscate the winnings.
3. They charge for depositing. 0.8eur even from a small deposit is quite an unpleasant phenomenon nowadays.

Good selection games, friendly staff and so on. Good selection deposit providers also.

Site don't have page where to watch ongoing bonus wagering. Freespins max withdrawal is very low only 100 euros. Opened account there 2 months ago but still haven't win properly. Deposited total ca 2000 euros in two months.
Deposited money in there and then changed my mind and asked withdrawal but they holded my money for a no reason 3 days and I played eventually all in. Recommend to stay away from this casino.
