I have played on the site for 2 years. During the time I deposited money and withdrew money with my bank card without any problem. But last month I withdrew 2 times. For example: If you deposit 100 you will get 150 as bonus, but you have to meet 70x playthrough requirement i.e. 10500 dollars. and if you are a baccarat player you will never be able to achieve this goal since you will get 0% of your wager added towards playthrough. For Roulette its 8%, that means you have to wager for $131,250 in roulette to meet the requirement and only then you can withdraw which is next to impossible with a 100 dollar deposit. There are 99.3% chances that you will end up loosing your deposit.

I find the 50 time’s playthrough requirement is a lot when using bonus in comparisons to other sites. Not all games come up when playing on my iPad. You can play ALOT on a game and win nothing.

Don't take the welcome bonus. I put in $400.00, and it was 70% play through on the $400 bonus. Not too bad when you're betting $25- $50 a hand on Blackjack. I found out however that BJ only attributes 10% of total bet to the bonus, but bets 50% meaning that I would need to bet a top line total of $280.000.00 to achieve the 10% play through on blackjack totaling $28,000. I've bet total top line of $5660, but only have 'played through' $566. (Need $27,440.00 more).

Confusing and hidden rules.
I registered and started playing on slots, won 1,500 USD in two days. Then they asked for account identification. While waiting, I decided to replenish 200 USD and to connect the bonus 100% up to €300. The trick is that real money spent first and then bonus money, and while there is bonus money, it is impossible to withdraw, and many slots are not available. As a result, I lost 200 + 1300 while I was able to wager these bonuses. Advice never use bonuses in this casino because 50x wager is not realistic.

The games are functional the website works that’s kinda it the rest of the site is terrible. They give you a bonus on every deposit but this isn’t a pro.

That I deposit hundreds a week to not even be credited 5 credits birthday bonus... That was last straw... But live chat has deteriorated..
