Just signed up 2 days ago, sign up went smooth made my first deposit directly and no problems with that, did not take any bonus offers, feels good if I win and be able to withdraw the winnings without any bonuses hanging on :) games are good, many to choose from.
Then I won some cash and that is really nice.

Because I did not have any bonus on my deposits I was free to withdraw my winnings directly...but I saw that all my docs I had uploaded for verification didn't had been reviewed and my account was "red" NOT VERIFIED... and if its not verified it means no withdraws until its done....phuuu this is the horror i think...to wait sooooo long for this to be verified, as a new player all this should be a fast process..so you can start to deposit ...play...win...withdraw... no flow... so still waiting, soon 3 days I uploaded docs so maybe it will be green soon and then I hope the actual payout goes a lot faster then this verification process, deposit was made with ecopayz so it should be a instant withdraw...will update this review after that and maybe my rating will be skyhigh if all is good : )hoping for the best, also I emailed support and attached my verif docs from my e-mail and in my account section for uploading documents I uploaded there to...but no answer back to my mail about anything yet.... The website looks good and they have some good bonus offerings.

Unfortunately the games are a bit glitchy on mobile and do not seem to play as well as some other sites. Support did not respond to several emails, live chat is not 24 hours and I was misinformed on live chat which delayed my withdrawal. Withdrawals are not handled quick enough for me and the customer service (or lack of) is very poor.

It is a lie that Chat support is around the clock. They only open chat from 8am to 1am GMT.
Their customer service is pathetic.
Emailing for support or complaints takes longer than expected.
I deposited using e-transfer through my bank and they did not credit my account. I am still waiting for their response and yet my issue has not been solved hence they accepted my money.
I have not seen a casino that does not offer 24 hour support.
I wonder if people get their withdrawals at all.
Poor Customer service! Very!

Pending times seen to be long had two games that was unavailable to play at the time but this mite be down to the providers

Games are good, sometimes glitchy but overall good selection.

Games crash often on mobile, waiting to be verified, provided all documents with every single detail on screen including my name, transaction number, their email which accepted the e transfer ect and they came back with the URL for where I logged into my online banking wasn’t showing, like what heck. Stalling at its finest. I also do not like that you can withdraw with withdrawal, money grab. I am a VIP at multiple casinos, online and not and unless they fix this quickly and process my withdrawal I’ll have to take my business elsewhere unless they can prove they are on point like others.

Liked games had few good wins and support was quick to reply on live chat

Took 3 days to get verified. Not good but still ok, but now am still waiting for my withdrawal to be processed. Been on live chat a couple times asking why it’s still not been dealt with and it’s still available to cancel after three days so that’s why rating not as high, so I’m still keeping fingers crossed be dealt with soon !!

I liked the choice of games, user interface, speed, welcome bonus, and wagering requirements. I would have recommended this casino based on that....until it came time to get verified

In all of my years gambling online, this Casino is by far THE WORST when it comes to account verification. They promise on their site that the (process typically takes 24 hours but it could take 72 based on volume). My first attempt was declined, I uploaded the additional documents they requested within 5 minutes of receiving the request and explained that the bill I sent in as proof of address was an annual bill, not monthly. They didn't like that so I submitted an updated Bank statement just a month old and another bill from a month ago for my license. They didn't like that, so I uploaded by iDebit credentials and proof of deposit on Nov 24. They now have in their possession my license, property tax bill, drivers license bill, bank statement and iDebit account info ALL WITH MY ADDRESS on it and still they won't verify me. Probably because I actually met wagering and have some money to take out, they are hoping I get so frustrated I just keep gambling and lose my winnings. I see from other comments here that I am not the only one who has had to deal with this customer service. I will keep you posted on the status of this but based on my THIRD conversation with customer service today,I am not hopeful. They all said the same thing..."we can't do anything....you'll get an email....hope you get approved...sorry for the delay I know you are frustrated".

My recommendation is to avoid this casino if you have any hopes of getting the money you won. I want to say right now, in case they delete my account, I have $180 CDN that I am waiting to cash out and now there is date stamped proof of that.

Nice looking and working online casino with great games. The look of the casino is also good

The withdrawals are pain in the butt with this casino. It feels like they deliberately stall you in hopes of getting you to decline the withdrawal and gamble your winnings away. This is a shame for otherwise good casino.
