I have been a little hasty to say negative things about this site. Customer support are VERY helpful. Layout of the site is great and so many games to play with excellent bonuses.

The only thing I dislike is that the online chat isn't always available but do appreciate that they deal with a high volume of support at one time.

Queenvegas has a large amount of slot providers. Second reason to play there was 150% bonus on 1st deposit provided by one of their affiliates (twitch streamer).

Much more to dislike than to like.
1) The casino claims to have 24/7 support: not even close. Online chat was offline since Friday, and only on Monday I was able to reach them.
I've sent them 3-4 mails before in the range of 4 days (Thursday night to Monday) requesting general info about their service - and got no reply.
2) The 150% bonus I got was supposed to have 30x wager ONLY on bonus amount. In reality it was 30x for deposit+bonus (or 60x). You may be confused by their system of calculating wagering process, since it's "redemption points" and not a human-understandable terms.
3) The overall site layout and functionality was quite odd and uncomfortable; this is a matter of personal preference though.
4) Somehow any Netent slot wasn't even trying to load. Could be smth with my browser though, however I tried to logout/refresh - nothing helped.

The games. Good variety and not much lagging. Unfortunately the only reason I was drawn to this place.

Every aspect of withdrawals and customer service. Took me 23 days to get my withdrawal, lots of nonsense emails going back and forth. Rude customer service reps. Just an awful place to deal with.

- Their site runs smoothly and they have really good filters to search games / game providers
- Daily promotions are awesome
- Customer Service, fast replies and I never need to queue for hours
- Also for some reason I have made so many withdrawals from QueenVegas, so I guess that they like me as well haha

- The only thing I do not like is that their wagering requirements are pretty high, but because they offer so good daily promotions I do not really mind

They have fees on some of their deposit methods, mostly e-wallets, which is unfortunate in 2018.

Their bonus system is a little confusing at first, because they don't exactly show what's left to wager, but some kind of points. When playing with a bonus, carefully read the bonus terms, because the maximum you can place per bet is 10% of your received bonus.

It's seems very hard to reach the support. I have yet to see the Live Chat online. When it's not online, you can write them an e-mail, to which they'll reply. In my case, the reply was very lackluster and I couldn't send an answer, I got an error message from my email provider: "The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect". I sent my documents via e-mail, but they only verified them when I uploaded them via their website. Unfortunately I had to go the AskGamblers complaints way to receive an answer. If they manage to improve their support, I'd happily give a better rating.

I like the collection of games that they have. They are very generous when it concerns the bonus offer. I like the designs of the games. Also, the customer service agents are good and the email responses as well.

My only issue is the wagering system. Always have to wager.

Till February 2018 everything was ok. Withdraw in less than 30 minutes when I asked my manager.

Withdraw withdraw and again withdraw. My last withdraw request 16:29 29.5. 2018 on 5 000 Europending more than 20 hours. Nobody can tell me exact time when will be processed. Only replies like were doing our best or as soon as possible makes me angry.

For me it was casino in my own top 5 but actual withdraw pending time is something what I cant accept. If I got money I ll update info here with final withdraw time.

Finaly I got my money after more than 24 hours but before this I´ve been contacted by phone with explenation and with excuse. This again move Queens in my top 5 casinos.

I have had some issues on receiving my deposited money (they will charge me, but I wont receive anything). This has happened twice on the first time I battled around 3-5 hours in order to receive my deposited money. I did not receive any compensation for this, they only gave my deposited amount.
Today this same issue happened for me, but this time I decided just to let them have my 20 euros. I am not going to "battle" 3-5 hours in order to receive my deposited money.
