I kind of liked the site to start with, and have had good experiences with White Hat gaming before. The selection of games is good, and an over all good availability when it comes to customer support and so on.

The design on the site shows a bit of a need for e refresh, and the interfaces sometimes can be both a bit difficult and annoying when using mobile devices.

What is by far more worrying in my point of view is the sometimes (perhaps also ageing due for a makeover!!?!?) payment system. Sometimes deposits just... linger on out there, or worst case not credited at all. What is even more ruining what could be a good gaming experience is that I have NEVER ever received one single withdrawal in during my time as a customer there. Without elaborating that matter too much, but I advise other players to be cautious about this. In my case it came to the extent of almost surreal when all my withdrawal options (which were close to none) were removed. Second all payments via bank transfers have been "temporarily suspended" for as long as I can see. And the occasions where I was physically able to actually make a withdrawal, it just lingered on for well over what I consider an acceptable time frame for a casino withdrawal in 2024 - Not to mention I am, or soon was - a so-called "Professor zee" which allegedly gives you both express withdrawals and personal account manager. Well, I had none of these as far as I can see other than the opportunity to put money on an operator that more or less has one options for its customers; Only spend and never receive anything.

I don’t like to give bad reviews, but do yourself a favour and stay away from this site. I've had 2 failed deposits that left my account and they just say it was my own fault. Haven’t even got my money back..

If you ask chat when you withdraw if you need to verify they will say your account is OK for now.
Then after 2 days of waiting for withdrawal to process, they will tell you they need you to verify.
Then they will say it takes two days to check your ID.

I liked the verification process which is smooth and quick. I am not made much money here but this is not a bad loser story. The site looks like 1000 other sites with the same games.

As this is the same as most casinos they need to keep me playing with some better promotions, better service and I am waiting longer than all stated times for payment, like a week longer. All players hate this and there is always a casino to move on to with better banking that operates from Malta.

I understand that the low withdrawal limits are still in force, but I doubt £2,500 per week is going to be a problem for most players. I can count the number of times I have won more than this on one hand, though I can imagine for those betting higher stakes it may be best to choose a different casino.

The look of the site is clean and clear, if a little bit generic. Promotions are somewhat better, with a different type of bonus offered six out of seven days every week. Some of these are okay, whilst some are a little bit on the tight side… receiving a £5 bonus with 35x wagering in return for several hundred in wagering isn’t much to get excited in my opinion, but I guess it is nice to be offered something as so many casinos these days don’t bother offering anything at all to their supposedly “valued” regular players. This casino's 'terms and conditions' are insane! Seriously, look at them BEFORE you deposit a penny. First, their withdrawal limit is ridiculous for anyone spending/playing real money. The MAX withdrawal is $2500, the wait time (well, they apparently sent me 1K on Friday, it's Wed and haven't seen a dime). They 'offer' cashback however this Tuesday, the system 'lost' me and I had to "re-enroll', only to find out that they would not honor the cashback from the week before. Don't offer all slots of a company, only a selection.

They are a slimey casino. Sneaky terms and conditions inside the bonuses. I won £500 from just a £25 deposit. They made me wait 4 days whilst they reviewed the deposit only to tell me the have confiscated the funds as I apparently staked more than £5 bet on on one or more spins. Checking my play history I only did bonus buys which were £1 stake equivalent to a £100 buy that should not be a breach yet still they have taken my funds and won't pay me out. Bad first experience would recommend everyone use genesis or casumo. Much better casinos. Dirty scam tactics are used here.

I don't normally do reviews but this casino deserves the time out to write one. I've been on most of them and I find once I place a withdrawal request coincidentally my luck goes to pot. Not much, games offered are the same as most online casinos. Play thru on bonuses is extremely high compared to others and there is zero interest in retention.

All in all, about a $200 deposit but over 2K in play thru (all without bonus, which means I could have taken it out). There support is really bad, don't read questions, like scripted answers.

I have deposited net £1500 in February, as a gesture of goodwill my account was deposited with a bonus of £1000, as I am a VIP at their sister site Spinland where I have deposited upwards of £10000 net
