The worst support of all casinos so far | Casinos bonus system offers me a invalid 200% Bonus
It all started last night I went into my mail and got a email which was offering a 200% deposit bonus for Mr.Play. I thought why not give it a try and test the casino myself. I already have a account registered, never have deposited before and was reading good stuff about them here on AskGamblers so lets use this offer.
I have attached a Screenshot of the Mail offering the bonus to this complaint.
Followed the link inside the mail, typed in my login data and got a popup covering the screen and offering me that bonus from the Mail. I have also attached a screenshot (only that it was offering me the same 200% bonus from the mail, instead the 50% in the screenshot).
I mean every logical thinking human being that came to Mr.Play because of that bonus would think: "Great I followed the link, logged in, a poup comes with exactly that bonus thats wanted lets click Deposit and get it"
I made a deposit of 30€, but no bonus was credited. I mean this happens everywhere from time to time, no problem at all for me. So what do you do to get the bonus? You contact the support and let them fix this fast, usually such problems are fixed in 2min.
I already had chats with support teams from so many casinos, they all have different kind of guidelines they follow, some give you the feeling you are a little child, some give you the feeling the casino will do everything for you and some act real serious so you think it is very authentic. I mean I like all approaches and dont have a problem with any of them, what I can say from all of them so far is that they stayed all professional and gave there really best to solve my problem! If not they contact you back or offer you a alternative so that all sides are happy.
Now we come to the part how it worked out on Mr. Play:
I contacted the support to inform them that I did not get my promised bonus, what followed next was something I have never experienced in such a way from any support employee out there. (SEE ATTACHED SCREENSHOT OF CHAT)
1) I report the problem and explain him the exact procedure I followed to make sure that he knows that all basic stuff have been done correct.2He 2) He tells me the bonus has expired and that it was valid for 24 hours?! He also says that it expired at 7 am?!
- The attached chat started at January 13, 2019 2:45:05 PM EST which is many hours later, I also have the chat protocol in my mails to prove that. This leads to the next question why Mr.Play Casino Application/System is offering me a bonus that has expired?! Most likely a bug in the application that needs to be fixed by the software development!
3) My reaction follows because it does not make any sense for me that the bonus has expired for two main reasons:
- I got the mail a day before which does not even state a expiry date (see screenshot)
- if I login and MR.PLAYS System offers me to get that BONUS it is clearly not my mistake as I just followed the mail and did what every logical thinking person would do!
4) I just get a simple answer as: "I am sorry, these are terms and conditions of the bonus"
This is the moment I was got very disappointed, not only because I did not get the 200% Bonus that was the smallest reason! These were the main reasons:
- I did not get any kind of support or feeling that something will be done here, this is a bug in the system!
- I did not even get a alternative offer or that someone in the responsible department will be contacted regarding this topic
- He tells me he is not in the position to give me the bonus, but neither does he take care that somebody with the position takes care of this!
- I explained why this cant be my fault through the whole chat I am getting the message: "Its like that and whatever you say doesent matter"
- I am pretty sure there are people out there that had the same problem but didnt take the time to write this all down, but I take these kind of stuff serious because if online casinos are giving such offers, they need to stay fair, be precise how long it is valid and most important the integrated casino bonus system needs be able to handle the validity of a bonus offer and not offer my something that has expired!
I played my 30€ as I had no other choice after such a conversation. i had pretty much fun playing in the casino, but I was not able to play the way I expected to in the beginning. I would be happy if we find a solution for this and would also like to hear what Mr.Play as a Casino has to say to my complaint. I aplogize my English as I live in Germany and it is not perfect.
In the end I wish and only can hope that Mr.Play takes care of the following topics in a better way then I was taken care of from the support, so this does not happen again:
- Integrated Bonus System needs to fixed so it does not offer the player a bonus which is not valid anymore
- The emails with the bonuses should have a expiry date
- The support takes requests more serious and with more responsibility

Please note that withdrawals stay pending for 48 hours before being processed so it could take up to 48 hours + 3 days of bank time to get your money where there are many casino's that have the money in your bank account within 24 hours. Also 2 deposits in 1 week where not added to my account, but left my bank account instantly, had to fight to get them to investigate and takes a week now since the deposit and i'm still urged to wait 72 hours :S if you want a speedy casino on the money side do not play here !

Just maybe even more games as I do notice some popular ones are missing.
I played at other casinos that offered quite a bit of what mr play does, but I found that I won more at mr play so obviously I tend to play there more now. Its easy to navigate and has a huge amount of games with decent bonuses. too.
