I have made two deposits using cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin and TON) to my Mostbet account (ID: < sent to the casino >). Both transactions are confirmed and successful on the blockchain, but after more than 33 hours, the funds have not been credited to my balance, and they do not even appear in my transaction history.

BTC Deposit: 0.00010334 BTC (approx $9.92). Date: Jan 15, 2026.

TON Deposit: 6.79 TON (approx $11.51). Date: Jan 16, 2026.

I have contacted support multiple times via email and live chat, but they only provide generic responses without solving the issue. I am providing screenshots of both successful transactions from my wallet.

I have made a withdrawal of 200,000 PKR and 150,000 PKR I have not received funds into my wallet and I reached out to their support team and they initially generated a request with finance department and later on informed me that they have succesfully deposited both withdrawals to my banking wallet and provided me the fake receipts of payment deposit. I am submitting this complaint against Mostbet Casino regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue.

I requested a withdrawal from my Mostbet account. The withdrawal status was later marked as “Completed / Paid” in my account history. However, the funds were never credited to my wallet/bank account, despite the status showing that payment was successful.

I have contacted Mostbet support multiple times via live chat and email. Unfortunately:

The live chat was closed without resolving the issue.

Emails were ignored or received generic responses.

No valid proof of payment (such as a transaction reference from the payment provider) was provided.

This situation is unacceptable. If a withdrawal is marked as completed, the funds must be received.

I strongly believe this is a payment failure or internal issue on Mostbet’s side.

I am writing to formally report a very unpleasant experience with Mostbet regarding my account and balance.

My account balance is $587, and I have been unable to access my account or withdraw my funds for an extended period.

After using the platform for about two weeks, my account was suddenly frozen. I was requested to submit all required verification documents, which I did promptly. Upon completion of the verification, I was informed that my account would be reopened within 14 days.

I waited the full 14 days, but my account remained frozen. Each time I contacted customer support, I received different explanations. I was later told to wait 60 days for further review. It has now been over 60 days, yet my account is still inaccessible, and my funds remain locked without any clear justification.

This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I respectfully request that my account be reviewed immediately and that access to my balance be restored, or my funds released without further delay.

I would appreciate an urgent resolution to this matter.

I am writing to request your assistance regarding my account at Mostbet (Account ID: 231670110). My account was frozen without prior notice on November 27, 2025, and despite following all instructions, providing all required verification documents, and agreeing to a video call, there has been no progress for more than three weeks.

Background

On November 27, I received an email informing me that my account had been “temporarily suspended for security reasons.” I was instructed to follow verification steps sent by email and via a link on their website. When I log into my account, it still displays the following message:

“Your account has been temporarily frozen for security purposes. Please contact the Support Service via any convenient method…”

Documentation Provided

Following their instructions, I submitted the following:

• Full identification documents: passport + driver’s license
• Selfie with my ID
• Screenshot of the card used for the deposit (the card has no printed numbers, as purchases are made using a digital card)
• Selfie holding the card
• Screenshot of a recent transaction from my bank’s app
• Link to my Telegram account

All of this was sent to their mal (id mostbet)
on November 27.

On December 3, I received an email stating:
“If you topped up your account through an agent, virtual wallet, or card, you must provide a screenshot of your details and a transaction receipt confirming the top-up of your gaming account.”

I then sent a screenshot of my most recent deposit showing the date and time, as well as the BANXICO(Mexico official tracking system) tracking key confirming the transaction.

Scheduled Video Call That Never Took Place

I never received the link or invitation to join the video call, and they have not contacted me again regarding this matter.

Since Then

• I contacted them again via Telegram, politely requesting a status update.
• They replied: “Please wait for notification of the decision by email.”

More than two weeks have passed since that last message. I have not been asked to provide anything further, and I have fully cooperated.

Request

I have complied with all the requirements requested by Mostbet. I am only requesting:

• That my account be reviewed fairly
• That I receive a clear update on the status of my case

I kindly ask the Askgamblers team to assist in getting this issue properly reviewed. I am willing to provide any additional evidence if needed (documents, screenshots, email history, etc., although I have not been able to attach them here).
