Lucky Casino - Error in processing payment, no response from support after days of waiting

Withdrew $500 from lucky casino via muchbetter, it moved it to pending. when I looked at the account in the morning to check the account it had been moved to processing but said error and does not give me the option of canceling it. Inquired on the only chat as to what the error was. They could not help so they created a ticket. Emailed customer support multiple times and was told the ticket has been created and they are working on it . 48 hours later I check again . Still same - processing/error. No access to my money , no explanation or help on what I can do . Chat with some one today. (Saturday ) . "Sorry cant help you, the payments department is off on weekends , they will look into on Monday " this will be 4 days of sitting and waiting .. I dont mind waiting .. I just want and answer of what went wrong or at the very least the ability to access my money. Very disappointed with customer service

Hi. I depositted 25 euros via trustly on 14 september. The deposit didn`t credited so i contacted live chat and chat agent said me to send the receipt of payment on email. I sent email and they replied they can`t see any deposits from me. Then i contacted trustly and they said the problem is on the casino. I also contacted my bank, and they said me to contact the casino to solve the problem.. but still the deposit not credited.

I have tried half a dozen times to get a withdrawl from this site and sent 10 emails in the process. My account and documents have all been verified and approved and I have accepted NO bonuses yet each time I try withdraw it gets automatically cancelled by the site and I get told it’s due to a “technical issue” and that if I try again it will go through. This has been ongoing for nearly 2 weeks and they have done nothing, not even offered me and alternative method and as it stands they are withholding £1000 of my money and have to grounds to do so as per their own terms & Conditions. I have several screen shots to prove all of this as well as the email thread. I feel they are purposely cancelling my withdrawal in the hope that I gamble all my winnings away. I have tried and tried to get this fixed, asked them to escalate as a matter of urgency but got absolutely nowhere, they are still sitting with £1000 of my money.

I won 25 500 nok on LuckyCasino.com. I did a withdrawl and only got 24 659,64 nok. In the info they say there is no fee. And since they offer me to deposite in nok and withdrawl in nok it shouldnt be any other then 25 500 nok that is paid out to my account. I have now tried for over a week to get the last of my money but they just keep saying "you have to accept this". I made a withdrawl of 25 500 nok with no charge or fees and still i didnt get all my money.

Quick and friendly customer service, good selection of games

I deposited with a MasterCard and as per usual u have to withdraw the same way you deposited. I was told three times that I can withdraw to my MasterCard I knew this was wrong so asked customer service for a bank transfer as it states in the terms and conditions, however when I went to withdraw it did not give me an option for bank transfer only skrill, netteller and MasterCard. Customer service said I will need to deposit via skrill. Firstly I hate using skrill as I live in Australia and have to transfer it to my bank anyway. I played the money down as I most definitely will open a skrill account to deposit then withdraw.

- Deposited via Virutal Visa (Entropay) and was unable to withdraw, had to wait for technical support
- Website has a lot of bugs, verification form prevents you from withdrawing unless you upload everything correctly even after being approved
- Asked to close my account, then considered playing again so went back to discover account was never even closed, so asked if it's ok that I played and then they closed the account (which was already requested) and said need to wait 7 days
- Overall, casino is not good for serious players

Sometimes we do even more 2 or 3 transactions per day. The 7 day rule is since we abide under MGA terms, we cannot change the limits of a player within a 7 day time period unfortunately. I like the website but when reading the bonus terms I thought like "wow" - wont deposit a single € there.

Ok they offer a 500 € sign up bonus BUT the maximum winnings are 2000€ and the maximum bet is 2.5 € PLUS many slots are excluded.

If you decide to deposit again. Naturally there is no limit on your winnings. This is purely due to the fact of bonus conversion. I must say I am shocked by their behavior the least, whenever I receive free spins from them they are never on my account, every time same story I have to ask from support and then wait for them to add me the spins and not to mention that I have to wait for days.

The last free spins which were on the new slot Red Riding were given on 25th October and still they are not added to my account, contact them several times and nothing.

I played many games, but I lost my bonus and my deposit. This is the truth. I have played in many other casinos, and I have won much better there. So I must say that I am very disappointed. Lucky Casino is another newly added casino to AskGamblers site which I previously signed up looking for a freebie. Well... I saw 10free spins for every new player who will open account there and was hoping to get those free spins.
