On Jan 6th I withdrew $30,100.
I uploaded my government ID and a utility bill for proof of address.

I lost my first $400 (+$400 bonus) pretty quickly as I found some of the games' payout rates were extremely low. That's ok, this can happen anywhere to anyone.
