As soon as you make a withdrawal you will get a popup with info that you will get an email to complete your withdrawal. But l didn't get an email, tried to withdrawal again, no mail ....so to the chat, I had to try again and wait. Nothing of course, went to chat again, they said they would check it out and I had to wait. So I was in the chat for two (!!!) hours and all I heard was ; hold on. When I asked to manually send me the mail or to call or text me it became silent, no answer anymore (got the script of the chat). Waited for an half hour again but complete silence....So then i send an email, no answer, next day mail again, no answer, 4 mails sent in 4 days (received ticket numbers so they get the mail) but no response what so ever.
So I deleted my account and will not play again. Very poor communication skills.
