Ich habe am 6.10.2022 eine Summe von 1400 € gewonnen.

Auszahlungen habe ich bekommen auf dritte von 400 € warte Ich seid 6.10.2022 darauf.Nach mehrrigen Anfragen des Casinos sagt man mir das es 10 Tage dauern kann.In den AGB steht aber das die Auszahlung nach drei Tagen auf dem Konto ist. 2 habe ich bekommen eine fehlt noch wie lange muss man den noch auf sein Geld warten.Kommt mir komisch vor daher meine Beschwerde.

29.09.2017 - Support kontaktiert mich per E-Mail ich müsste ein routinemäßiges skype Gespräch führen für die Legitimation von mir und dem Gewinn.

02.10.2017 - Casino AGB´s wurden geändert von: 1BTC die Woche / 4 BTC pro Monat und 15.000€ im Monat zu: BTC im Gegenwert von 10.000€ pro Monat.

Sprich meine Auszahlung von 60 BTC dauert nun anstatt 13 Monaten bis ich mein Geld komplett bekomme nun laut neuen AGB´s : 60BTC in Gegenwert 500k€ (aktuell) 50 Monate bis ich mein Geld habe.

19.12.2017 - Am selben Tag noch habe ich wirklich alle Nachweise erbracht und als PDF-Datei zusammengepackt obwohl ich denke das sie nicht das recht haben diese so einzufordern.

Ich habe nichts zu verbergen und alles ist rechtens. (ich habe das Gefühl sie haben extra nach irgendetwas gesucht was mich belasten könnte aber sie haben nichts gefunden.)

Denn daraufhin kam wieder 3 Wochen keine Antwort.

Ich bin mit diesem Polizeibrief bei mir zur Polizei gefahren und hab ihn überprüfen lassen der Beamte hat sogar in dem Bezirk angerufen wo der Brief herstammt laut Polizei Wappen und gefragt ob die jemals an Softswiss.com Post geschickt haben negativ er meinte dieser Brief ist auf keinen Fall von der Polizei und ich soll dagegen vorgehen. Also ist das noch Dokument Fälschung von Polizeidokumenten.

Nein ich kann diese Casino-Erklärung nicht bestätigen und höre davon das erste Mal!

Ich hatte den letzten Kontakt mit Dasistcasino am 18.01.2018 per E-Mail worauf keine Antwort mehr kam.

Mit Sicherheit habe ich nie einen Vertrag unterschrieben, schon gar nicht, um meine Gewinnansprüche abzutreten!

Ich kenne auch kein Igor S und hatte nie Kontakt zu ihm.

Für mich sieht das wieder nach einer Masche von DasistCasino / Softswiss aus, um mir meinen rechtmäßigen Gewinn nicht auszahlen zu müssen.

Ich wäre Ihnen auch sehr verbunden, wenn ich diesen „Vertrag" von Ihnen bekomme, da dort offensichtlich meine Unterschrift gefälscht wurde und ich damit zu Polizei gehen werde.

Da Dasistcasino / Softwswiss ja schon falsche Polizeibriefe mir gesendet hatte, traue ich ihnen auch zu so etwas zu machen. Es geht schließlich um sehr viel Geld.

Der Kundensupport teilte mir das erste Mal mit, dass ich angeblich meine 60 Bitcoins am 05.April 2018 ausgezahlt bekommen hätte. Was aber gar nicht geht, da ich seit dem 16.01.2018 keine Antwort von Dasistcasino bekommen habe und mein Account seitdem gesperrt ist.

Dazu hätte ich auch gerne eine Erklärung seitens des Casinos.

Hier wird behauptet, dass ich gegen die AGBs verstoßen hätte weil ich von einem Drittpartei EcoPayz Account eingezahlt habe. Ich habe die Erlaubnis des Inhabers der Zahlungsmethode - des Weiteren habe ich die AGBs gelesen sowie angehangen und dort steht nirgends das es nicht erlaubt ist. Ich wollte 20 Euro auszahlen und hatte noch um die 40 bis 50 drauf als mein Account auf ein mal mitten im Spiel deaktiviert wurde und ich eine Email bekam, dass es angeblich nicht erlaubt sei von fremden Zahlungsmethoden einzuzahlen. Aufgrund dessen wurde mein Geld konfisziert und der Account gesperrt.

Ich bin direkt in den Chat um mit der Person welche die Email geschickt hat zu schreiben - leider ist nichts dabei rumgekommen außer das er mir einen Link zur Bonus Regelung geschickt hat und ich selbst dafür Verantwortlich wäre mich an die Regeln zu halten!
Vermutlich hatte der gute Support Mitarbeiter gar nicht gesehen das ich keinen Bonus gewählt habe und somit auch nicht dafür Verantwortlich sein kann mich an Bonus Regeln zu halten. In den Gesamt AGBs der Plattform steht nirgends das es verboten ist von Drittparteien einzuzahlen oder auf deren Konten auszuzahlen, somit sehe ich das nicht als Verstoß der AGBs an was mir hier allerdings vorgeworfen wird!

Ich bitte um eindringliche Hilfe, denn ich komme bei dem Support Mitarbeite so nicht weiter, da er immer nur das selbe schreibt und mir nicht wirklich helfen will oder kann!

I have a withdrawal from 29 July, customer service is not responding like always, only one email was received where states that this casino is closing on 23 August, several emails I’ve sent, no response, not even an automatic email nothing, usually it takes 3-5days for withdrawal to be completed, and of course the deposits are enabled without warning that casino is closing in 3 weeks.

I won some money and made a withdrawal request for 1200 eur on Thursday 13th. Since then the withdrawal has been stuck on pending status and I’ve gotten 0 messages from the casino.

I have also sent them plenty of messages via support email and contact form, but I haven’t gotten a single answer in 5 days now. They claim to have 24/7 customer service and live chat but the chat has been offline the whole time.

It feels like this casino has been totally abandoned but they still let people deposit money. I know N1 Interactive is a big company but this feels really off for a trusted casino provider.

I wanna complaint about this casino not taking the responsible gaming very serious. I use the self-exclusion funktion 28 mai for 1 year since I had gambling problems. Which should mean I shouldn't suppose to play on their site for 1 year.

They let me open my account again to day, 1 week after without any problems. I just had to wait 24 hours. This shouldn't be possible, so I just lost 2x 250 euro.

I have now self-excluded my account again and this time wrote to the casino that they shouldnt let me do that.

I would like the 500 euro returned since I secured myself by closing my account for 1 year so I shouldn't supposed to have any chance playing there.

Das Ist Casino - Withdrawal was cancelled and Casino is not cooperating

I registered my account on the 21/01/2020 and received the bonus after playing for a few days I verified my account and completed the bonus with a total balance of 20 356 NOK. I then tried to make a withdrawal, after a few days my withdrawal was cancelled and I was informed that only bank transfer would be available and my account would be closed.

I provided a bank account with IBAN and all relevant details, I was informed that the money was sent and it would take 3-5 days. After 5 banking days no money was received and I was informed again that it would take 10-15 days. After 15 days I contacted them again and was told it could take up to 20 days. After 20 days I contacted them again and received no reply, I received an error message when emailing them telling me that the receiver inbox was full. After about 30 days from when the bank transfer was sent I was informed that bank transfers to LT bank accounts are not accepted.

I asked live support about this and was told 30 days after the money was supposed to be sent that "we don't accept LT bank accounts per our administration decision." I then was told that "The countries which bank accounts we accept - Germany, Finland, Netherlands.".

So they refuse to process my withdrawal trough EcoPayz because of "Technical issues at the moment" and they won't process bank transfer to any countries except the three listed above because of "administration decision" but they accept customers who deposit trough EcoPayz and live outside the three listed countries.

Not sure what to do except move to Germany, need help.

I made a deposit through neteller, and the 21 euros were charged from my neteller account, but on dasistcasino it had pending status and now it has rejected status. The customer service told me that I should wait 24-72 hours until their financial department solves the issue.( I attached evidencial proof of the finalised neteller transaction) - they also did not send my money back to neteller(I attached picture about actual neteller balance with 9 HUF)

I feel unacceptable especially as a kind of Vip player on their site, to make me wait such a long time and be able to play- Before I lost such big amounts on their site, that they should react immediatelly upon such an important gamer request.

I really do not know how things work in the background, how they manage to solve an issue like this, but I assume it should not take so much time... Das Ist casino is a fairly new casino which came along in 2016. In fact, one of many bitcoin casinos that came along in 2016 from the Direct N.V group. I recently registered because of the fact that they have EGT slots and I very much into EGT slots lately.

I triggered the bonus feature within minutes and had a good x50 win. After that I went to Kashmir Gold and won just over x100 my bet. I played a few other EGT slots and lost some of my balance. I decided to increased my bet size from minimum bet to $1 and triggered the bonus feature on Kashmir Gold which landed me a nice x484 win. I kind of had the confidence that I was going to complete wagering.

Later during my bonus play I decided to play some Netent slots and I was about 80% complete through my wager. I opened Elements, but the slot was freezing and to my surprise I accidentally pressed the max bet option. I placed a $20 bet but I did not win anything from the round and contacted support immediately because I believe I broke the max bet rule. Their most recent T&C are borderline scam, and casino with so predatory terms should be in blacklisted section.

Das Ist is another one of my long list of Amatic casinos. They came online in 2016 and belong to the Directx N.V. group of casinos with several other reputable brands like Bitstarz casino.
