Guten Abend,

Ich möchte eine Bescherde einleiten.

Ich habe bis zu dem Tag als ich mich mit meinen Dokumenten verifizieren wollte vorab mit dem Support in Verbindung gesetzt und da war dann lara im live Chat. Ich habe sie vorab in Kenntnis gesetzt , das sie doch bitte mal schauen solle ob ich noch weitere Konten bei euch habe da ich mir sehr unsicher war. Sie hat das geprüft und mir mitgeteilt das ich nur dieses eine habe mit < email removed >. Daraufhin habe ich ihr mit Dank geantwortet das sie das geprüft hatte und habe anschließend meine Dokumente hochgeladen. Diese wurden auch kurze Zeit später alle genehmigt und mein Konto erfolgreich verifiziert.

Nun verstehe ich nicht genau, warum meine Spielerkonten bei "Comeon.com, Mobilautomaten.com und Mobilebet.com" geschlossen wurden. Ich habe bei allen 3 Casinos meine Dokumente hochgeladen- prüfen lassen- und diese wurden alle bestätigt und von allen 3 casinos genehmigt und vollständig verifiziert. Jetzt verstehe ich absolut nicht warum alle 3 spielerkonten der 3 oben angegebenen casinos geschlossen wurden. Ich habe bei allen dieser 3 casinos Einzahlungen-sowohl auch auszahlungen genehmigt bekommen ihne jegliche Einschränkung oder Begründung das meine spielerkonten geschlossen werden oder werden müssen. Ist es denn nicht erlaubt gewesen jeweils bei allen 3 casinos (Mutter Tochter casinos) ein Spielerkonto zu besitzen?? Ich habe auch noch eine ausstehende Auszahlung von 130€ heute gemacht und auch 32€ auf mein spielerkonto gehabt bei mobilebet.com.

Der Kundenservice von mobilebet.com und dessen Mitarbeiter Lucas hat mir mit einer email geantwortet, das die Konten der 3 casinos / das Konto der 3 casinos geschlossen wurden weil ich mehrfach erstellte Konten habe?? Wie schon ganz oben erläutert habe ich mich ausdrücklich und vorsorglich vorab für mobilebet.com informieren und prüfen lassen und es wurde mir ausdrücklich mitgeteilt das ich nur dieses eine Konto auf mobilebet.com habe und ohne weiteren Schwierigkeiten meine Dokumente hochladen und verifizieren lassen kann. Das habe ich getan und es wurden alle Dokumente dessen casino mobilebet.com sowie bei comeon.com und mobilautomaten.com geprüft , verifiziert und vollständig abgeschlossen.

Nun die Mitteilung, das ich mehrere Konten haben soll und mein Konto/ meine Konten der 3 casinos geschlossen wurden und mehrere Konten für die 3 Casinos haben zu sollen?

Ich bitte sehr dieses Anliegen mit Sorgfalt zu prüfen ,da ich mir keinerlei bewusst bin irgendeine art von den 3 Casinos (nach solch langer bestätigter Verifizierung) verletzt zu haben.

Für den Fall, das nach der Prüfung trotzdem die Konten der 3 casinos geschlossen bleiben , möchte ich trotzdem meine ausstehende Auszahlung von 130€ und die 32€ auf mein spielerkonto bei mobilebet.com ausgezahlt bekommen auf das Bank Konto womit ich auch eingezahlt hatte.

Ich bitte sehr um eine Rückmeldung.

ComeOn Casino - Closed my account 28th January

Im writing this complaint here in hopes of me getting response quicker. On Jan 28th my account with comeon suddenly got closed, when I was playing on the account the very same day. I read in their T&C and found this:

The customer support team will provide support related to the Site. Complaints are handled by the Company in accordance with the contact information found on the Site. The following e-mail address can be used; [email protected]. All inquiries and complaints must be directed to the customer support team in writing or in electronic format. A complaint shall be deemed to have been submitted in a valid manner when it contains clear information regarding the player's identity and gives all relevant details giving rise to the complaint. In the first instance, a Senior Customer Support staff member will thoroughly investigate the matter together with the appropriate personnel or 3rd party vendors, as necessary, and will advise the customer of the outcome within 7 business days of receiving the official complaint. If the customer is still not satisfied with the outcome of the investigation, the dispute can be escalated to the Head of Customer Support who will give a final response to the dispute within 7 business days.

This is taken directly from their own Terms, and its now been 11 business days since I submitted the complaint, and I have only gotten answers its getting delayed for some reason, but its clearly stated in terms thats I will have a clear answer within 7 business days of me submitting the complaint.

I hope by showing AskGamblers this, but also other people, I will make everyone aware of their behaviour.

In the evidence submitted together with my complaint here you can clearly see emails where I state to them multiple times that they breach their own t&c, but clearly don't care about it. Also making the file public so people can see for themselves that they simply don't care about breaching their own T&C

Good selection of games and well running website.
Good selection of deposit methods but too high fees for some of them. Simply cant understand how casinos want you do pay a lot just for deposit on their website.

Well I usually deposit with paysafecard. You have to pay a 5% fee in that casino just to deposit. Thats the highest fee which is possible. But I accepted it. The point is: Even if you have to pay a lot of fee just to deposit your are not allowed to claim a deposit bonus when you deposit with paysafecard :D Looks like they dont want you to deposit with paysafecard at all.

After a while I wanted to close my account there. I had no luck at all and after a few deposits I became more angry about the deposit fees.

Well the support is a joke for a casino like that. On weekends you´ll reach no one. Doesnt matter if u send a mail or something else. Chat isnt available half of the week. Even in times when they should be online.

Well as I said I closed my account. A few days later I got a promotion SMS and a Mail. Well I didnt care first cause that can happen. But 2 days later I got another promotion SMS from them. So I asked them per mail hows that possible. The answer: I should send a screenshot of the sms cause that cant be possible. Well I sent the screenshot and they told me that there was a failure in their system but now I shouldnt receive any promotion again.

2 days later I got another SMS and Mail. I texted them again. Again I got the answer that there was a problem but now it should be solved. I texted them cause of promotion things like 3,4 times now. Well today I got another promotion SMS :D And a Mail.

It seems that this casino cant handle their own system and has no idea whats going on. I told them to write a review on askgamblers bout that things if they dont stop sending me promotion things while my account is closed. Well it seems they dont care.

Played over £1600 and ended up with nothing! Most if the games I played timed out or froze, the site is really difficult to navigate. A previous attempt at Self exclusion on a sister site didn't work and they now have no record of this. Deposit limit requests were ignored and again conveniently don't show on their system. The customer service team are not interested and seem to have an explanation for everything. There system is so faultless they even breached data protection by sending me the personal details for another customer including Name, Address, D.O.B and card details. Stay well away if you value your money.

ComeOn offered a no deposit bonus, I think it was €5. I was lucky and at some point my balance was €70. By the time I finished the wagering requirement it had dropped to €25 which I withdrew without a problem.

Another thing I like is they offer Yggdrasil and Netent games. Many online casino's offer Netent games without offering Yggdrasil games at the same time.

I supplied both bank transfer details and Skrill details as well, but they only added the bank transfer as withdrawal method.

ComeOn! was the first casino created by the Co-Gaming group and has been on-line for almost a decade now. Originally they offered only NetEnt games and those are the only titles I remember seeing when I joined up with them back in early 2013 but they have expanded their game selection dramatically since then and the casino now has the widest library of slot machines you will encounter at any on-line casino - there are many multiplatform sites with Microgaming and NetEnt games plus a bunch of the smaller providers however it's extremely rare to find Playtech offered alongside MG and NetEnt. ComeOn and its sister sites are the only casinos I know of to offer this combination other than Bet365 and in fact the only provider I am interested in that is not currently offered here is Yggdrasil although AskGamblers do list them as being present so perhaps it's just that my favorite Yggdrasil games have not been added yet.

The casino's presentation is very nice and I particularly appreciate the game search function which updates the list of games onscreen each time you enter a character on the keyboard. When you do get a bonus from this casino the wagering requirements are generally very high - even the welcome bonus comes with 35x deposit plus bonus required in order to convert the funds to cash. Wagering requirements are generally very high across the industry these days but I would have expected a more competitive bonus from a casino as big as this although it is lower than the 45x deposit plus bonus I have seen advertised with the bonuses at sister sites MobilBet and Kasyno.

There's a "Come On! Store" facility where you can spend your Come On! points, awarded for everything from just logging into the site to landing a feature whilst playing slots (even making a withdrawal awards a few points, the casino is proud to point out). There used to be physical items for sale in the store such as gadgets and sports equipment but it seems to have been cut back recently as there are currently only free spins, casino bonuses and sports bets available for purchase. I found out about this casino through askgamblers and it has been a positive surprise so far.

- 7 Euro on sign up to test their slots and their platform was already a great start.
- a 400% Deposit Bonus on a deposit of exactly 10 Euro (so u start with 50 €) was a nice follow up.
- decent Game Selection, Netent games, PlaynGo, Yggdrasil, a few Quickspin games and some more so I think everyone can find some slots they like in this casino:)

I got lucky and and a great profit out of those 10 €, though it took me a while to play through the wagering Requirements (if I remember correctly it was 50x d+b, but for just 10 € deposit and such a bonus I was ok with it).

Very positive was the fact that I could play every game (slot) I wanted to (beside live casino, blackjack etc). Normally u have to read like a novel full of Terms and Conditions, but ComeOn kept it simple. All games that were allowed were listed below the active Bonus in my Account Details, so it was very easy to play by the rules and not having doubts like "can I play this game? will I violate the Bonus Terms?!"

Overall the website seems very nice, it has a clean look and like I said I felt like I can find all the information I want with just a few clicks.

I chose wire transfers a withdrawal method, which had a 2-7 days pay out schedule. It just took them 2 days to complete the transfer, so they did it as quickly as possible, thank you for that good service. Pay outs on e-wallets are supposed to be paid within 24hours, but I didnt test that yet.

Like I stated earlier the wagering on the 400% bonus was 50x so its hard to play through and still make some profit, but I think in this case its still a fair deal. The other Welcome Bonuses have a "normal" 35x d+b wagering Requirement which is kinda standard for today.

Just a little negative point: I uploaded a wrong document which was denied. When u upload a correct document u receive an email that it was approved by them, but if it is denied you just find out about it if u login and take a look on your documents page. So its not a big issue, but it would be nice to receive an email about those denied documents as well to be able to react faster.

The amount I won and some of the customer representatives seemed pleasant.

I felt like I was lied to about my withdrawal as there have never been any problems with my card before. Be careful of this.
