At the moment Argo is not paying at all. My withdrawal request has been unchanged for more than 15 days. Since December, diabolical. I've started withdrawing to Bitcoin, submitted my first on 3rd of Jan and I'm still waiting for the first withdrawal to go through. I get a run around claiming finance team is backed up, but that's nonsense. And obviously with crypto, can't Blame it on payment processor issues.
Feel like my withdrawals are being deliberately withheld which is worrying.

Wihdrawal, withdrawal, withdrawal - tragedy. T&C is saying that Finance Department process withdrawal within 24hours....I waited 24hours(via E-Wallet! and fully verified account). That was not only my case, some customers has similar problem(just look for others reviews and complaints).
So if You want your winnings back in 24hours(according to rules). Sorry not here, must wait, and that's very worrisome.

To get my Skrill withdrawals, I needed to get a free Virtual Skrill Mastercard.
There is no possibility to set daily/weekly/monthly deposit or loss limits on your own.

Online chat hard to communicate in English. I stopped getting bonus (rarely used them) and when asked chat about it; I was told that my account was a duplicate and only the main account would get bonus. I could deposit and play but no bonus. That concerned me big time because I don't have another account there. Tried many times to get a straight answer from Argo and most importantly tried to find out if this other "main" account have my name/details on it and they would not answer me.
