Hello Askgamblers, i have won at yoyocasino at the begining of October, i sent my documents and requested a withdraw. Since that time casino is checking my account. I dont understand how its possible to check one account for almost 3 months. Everytime support answered me that they will check my account soon, i have messaged them almost everyday and answer was the same always "wait for you account to be reviewed ". I ask Askgamblers to resolve this issue

We will return the real-money balance of your account to you (subject to the sections of these Terms and Conditions governing withdrawals from your account and after any outstanding bets at the time are settled), but all bonuses, bonus money and other incentives will be forfeited by you.

You were sent an email with information request in order to have your balance and withdrawal paid out.

They really asked for a skrill wallet for withdrawal, although I used a completely different method for deposit, well it's better than nothing. Also i suppose that my account was closed with no explanation on the grounds that they can do that
