I would like to submit a complaint regarding Sportuna Casino.
I requested a withdrawal of 500 EUR more than two weeks ago. My account has already been verified and all requested documents were provided. However, the withdrawal is still pending and I have not received a clear explanation from the casino support.
I deposited approximately 500–600 EUR in total and I am simply requesting the withdrawal of my remaining balance.
I kindly ask for your help in resolving this issue and receiving my withdrawal.
