Withdrawal Delayed for Weeks

I would like to file a complaint regarding my withdrawal experience.

On April 18th, I requested a withdrawal of €500 to the same bank account I previously used for deposits. My account was already verified, and the support clearly stated that no additional verification was required.

After waiting for a long time without any update, I contacted live chat around five times and also sent multiple emails. I was repeatedly told to wait “3–5 business days.”

Then, on May 4th — more than two weeks later — my withdrawal was suddenly rejected with the explanation that my bank had blocked the transfer. I do not believe this explanation is true. There is no reason why my bank would block a standard transfer to my own account, especially considering the fact that it took over two weeks before I even received this response.

On the same day, May 4th, I requested the withdrawal again. As of today, I am still waiting, which means another 9 days have already passed without receiving my money.

I have also seen several similar complaints from other users regarding delayed withdrawals, so this does not appear to be an isolated case.

In my opinion, it is completely unacceptable to wait this long for a withdrawal. I simply want to receive my money without endless delays and excuses. I hope this issue will finally be resolved soon.
