I hope you to help with my issue , I made the withdraw on Saturday 29/7 . Today is Friday 4/8 . My withdraw still pending without notice or request any information from me . My first withdraw was couple months ago and it was successful with viryfied Id and prove of addressed . This time is second withdrawn but it still pending over 96 hour . Would you like to help me to contact with ruby casino to advise when processing should be , I was ask on live chat of the company but all of the people said their are on minimum 24 hour pending but no maximum pending . Could you help please .. thanks u so much !
