After reviewing askgamblers website I found a new casino wild slots casino under everymatrix ltd group.So,I signed up 6 days ago there and deposited 160 Rand and claimed the welcome bonus by live chat for play.I love Netent slots,so most of my bets were on Netent slots but I played also some other MG slots.Several hours I was enjoying to play there and I had noticed that my wagering requirements had been fulfilled.At that moment my balance was 2100+ Rand,so I decided to withdraw my winning.I had requested cashin request 2100 Rand.But after 20/30 minutes later I found an email from them that my cashin request of 2100 Rand had been canceled and reversed back into my gaming account.Immediately I tried to login but unknown reason I found that they had blocked my account.I felt very strange and went to live chat but no one is available there,so I had sent an email them at suppor­t@w­ild­slo­ts.com to know why they canceled my cashin request and why they blocked my account!Later on I got a reply from them said that my withdraw request has been canceled and they are investigating further.I played before with casino­luc­k,g­uts­,ne­xtc­asi­no,­noxwin casino and several others but never experienced the situation ever before with them.I had sent several emails to know when they will finish their investigation but unfortunately they didn't reply from then!It has been 6 days now without their response.Even support members are rude and they said they have no information about my case!What is this?If I loose into casino then I couldn't get return my deposit and if I win into casino they canceled my cashin request and blocked my account?I have attached some evidences what they did with me for unknown reason.So,I need your help to get back my cashin request if you can will be highly appreciated.Many many thanks.
