Wonclub Casino - Verification failed, refund declined

I have joined wonclub casino from Australia yesterday and made my first deposit to play
But non of the games works trying to open slots and rulettes i get errors
Contacted the casino through live chat didn't help me they are saying everything is fine from their side i have sent them the screenshots of the errors and they said they can't do anything so finally decided to withdraw my deposit money
They asked me to upload documents for account verification and I have uploaded few times but they are saying the documents are not acceptable
I have used these documents for account verification in many casinos didn't have any issues at all.
I'm able to provide those documents to askgamblers that they can check and judge
Wonclub casino dosent want to pay my deposit money back.
They don't response my emails
Trying to contact them through live chat they don't response
