Waiting for my withdrawal for 2 months and getting no answer

Hello,

I have been waiting for over 2 months for my payout of 361 euros from Trino Casino.

I have tried the chat and was referred to the support by email.

I have written several times I got no answer.

My account is fully verified, and all documents have been submitted. I am also shown that I am verified. I hope they can help me.
