I took 4th place on last months slots tournament and had been waiting to receive my 100mtbc win for 4th place, as it says on the website on the vip location (image attached) easy enough to read 50 eur or .1btc. I only play in btc, but i ended up a reward of 23 mtbc which is far off from the hundred it says on the advertisment. Betchain doesnt want to honor the amounts they have listed for the tournament. If they want to change the amounts, they cant just leave up incorrect or false information of the website and then say, nope that was changed. I want payment of the full 100mtbc, and that 23 they put should be added on top of the 100mtbc for all the BS and work i have had to do for a casino I had been a loyal player at for years, until they started screwing over everyone on every small things.

As I told you in your complaint on a different forum, the automatic system credited your BTC prize in the EUR equivalent instead of the flat 0.1 BTC.
