I have full verified account at Svenbet. Plaued some slots and won about 2300€.

I made withdrawal request allmost one week ago (site says withdrawal time is 72h) but seems that they dont want to pay my winnings and process that request.

When i contacted live chat they said contact KYC team with e-mail. I sent email to KYC team and they just dont answer to my emails. I asked again on a livechat why they dont pay my winnings and livechat said "we will contact you by emai soon". Offcourse i didnt get any email and explanation whats the problem.

I have now 2300€ stuck on a Svenbet, i dont know why they dont want to pay my winnings and nobody doesnt give any information.

Ask gamblers please help me.

Thanks if this first wirhdrawal is really processed! Still havent got any money to my bank account, have 1324€ in sven bet and i cant check that because i have time out period. They changed terms and condition during the period­(ht­tps­://­www.as­kga­mbl­ers.co­m/c­asi­no-­com­pla­int­s/s­ven­bet­-ca­sin­o-n­o-w­ith­dra­wal­-du­rin­g-t­ime­-out) and i cant log in to my account before 5th of this month.

I had time out two days and it was possible to log in and made my first withdrawal but after that it started to tell me player is restricted when i log in.

I give you updates when 1000€ of my 2324€ is in bank account or at least 5.12.

Im happy to confirm that my first 1000€ withdrawal is now at my own bank account. I think it better to keep this open to 5th of this month when ots possible to make another withdrawal. Thank you Svenbet and Askgamblers team!
