I registered and played on this casino in late April of 2022. I won a total of 3579USD while playing with them.

I had to undergo a verification procedure which I passed after sending them the documents they requested from me, that's when the issues started.

I was unable to receive my winnings for reasons they weren't able to tell me. I had deposited using Bitcoin and I wasn't able to withdraw using Bitcoin. The casino kept telling me that they would get back to me but never really did. Eventually they told me to open a Jeton wallet, get the wallet verified, make a deposit on the casino using the wallet and only then would I be able to withdraw my winnings.

I complied with everything they told me and despite all that I still was not able to get paid. The most recent communication from the casino told me that the reason I cannot withdraw my funds is because my account because the casino cannot accept deposits nor withdrawals in the USD currency at the moment. I am really at a loss for words. I mean I have done everything they asked me to and it's now almost 4 months later and they are still giving me excuses as to why they cannot pay me. I would like to chat with them here in the public forum in hopes of getting this issue sorted out.

Thank you for the reply on the forum.
I just finished a long email exchange this morning with your casino where I was told I would need to deposit once and wager the deposit 3X times in order to withdraw.

The issue right now is that there is no available deposit method ... to which your casino replied and told me to be patient and you are working on it.

Can you confirm that I can proceed to withdraw to my Jeton wallet, or do I need to wait until you add ANY deposit option in order for me to deposit and withdraw after...
