Disconnected my account and stole my money

I registered at this casino, made a deposit of 10$. I played, I played, I played some more. My balance is now $21. And I wanted to withdraw. First they conducted verification, I sent everything, verification passed, all the documents I have clean. Then they just disabled my account and stole my 21$. I decided from your review that the casino is good and does not steal money. Your high rating of this casino attracted me and I registered here. Please help me. Following a careful review of valid information and proof presented by Spirit Casino management, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player might have been involved in committing potential fraudulent activities.

The AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in a good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to reject this complaint and to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.

We confirm that the player's winnings were confiscated and the account was closed due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions.

Specifically, the player submitted forged documents during the verification process, which constitutes a breach of Section 9.1 and Section 9.3 of the casino’s Anti-Fraud Policy. These sections clearly state that providing forged documents is considered fraudulent behavior and may lead to the termination of the account and cancellation of all payouts.
