On 02.06 i deposited and claimed a bonus. Used a mix of 2-4 bets on slots, finished wagering 2-3 hours later and requested withdrawal (811.93). For the whole time i've been waiting there was no e-mail asking about verification - their "upload documents" section was saying that i dont have to send anything. 7 days ago i decided to send an email with my id, bank statement and card used for deposit - 4 days ago i looked into "upload documents section" not verified. Uploaded it there once again - it says 24-72 h to be verified.
Asked chat multiple times - what's up, where is my money, give me anything how long do i have to wait...week...month...year. They are useless and say sorry (hey i don't want your sorry i want my money)
... and copy paste pre prepared message which essentially says "you'll get it when you'll get it"
No honest business would ever treat their customer like that

I can only assume i am being scammed as they are not adhering to their own rules and give back only vague answers
