On the 5th of December i made a small deposit of £120. I have made withdrawels from this site in the past with no issues, infact they have been satisfactory in terms of approval and payout speed. We are closing in on 5 days and the payment still has not been approved. In the T&C’s it clearly states that all withdraws are guaranteed to be approved within 72 hours. The time frame now is 5 days. This is unnaceptable. I have been on chat a couple of times and each time i am told to wait more but untill when? Next week or next year? I am starting to feel a little frustrated at this point. Please help.

Just a quick update. I have spoken to chat again today. His name was Thomas. Really nice guy who tried to help quickly. He told me that there was addition security check because of new strict UKGC rules. However i was told that the reason was due to a backlog of processing withdrawels just yesterday. I have now had 2 different reasons/excuses for this delay with further progress. I have been asked to wait again but chat rep was unable to give a timeframe. Still in the dark.
Just to update with only 4 hours left. I still have not got the withdrawel and it still has not been processed. We are on day 10 and it seems that spinit have no intentions of replying to this complaint or paying out my small withdrawel. Starting to give up hope.

I have had quick and frequent correspondence with the spinit complaints department over the last couple of days and they have been helpful and fair with me. My withdrawal has now been processed and i am happy to close this complaint.
