Spinit Casino - Waiting a month for 2 withdrawals at my wits end
I am at my wits end with Spinit. I have waited a month for my situation to be resolved and yet here I am, still waiting. I made 2 withdrawals worth a combined €4,030 on the 3rd November. I was asked the same day to provide certain information, which I provided immediately. A few days later I was asked to provide bank statements which I also provided instantly and had this confirmed through live chat.
Three weeks on and no one has contacted me with an update on my withdrawals and when I contact them to seek some info they thank me for my patience and brush me off with a script on how I must wait and they will be in contact. I have waited a month! They are very clearly breaching their own terms and conditions in relation to this wait time but no matter how many times I contact them for answers or a resolution I either the same script each time or worse, they just ignore me. I don't know what to do anymore, I have sent countless emails, made several complaints and talked to many different Spinit agents and still no none has been able to help me.
Please help me ASKGAMBLERS. I feel like you are my only hope.
