I submitted all docs/pics on the 24th November 2020 as requested by Spinit for verification. I have actually had my account blocked and been fobbed off in exactly the same way since early May when I opened the account and submitted what was asked for at that time too. They classed me as a top priority on the 24th November and I have been pestering them about this but to no avail they just continually palm me off. Live chat is from May, emails from last month and this month. They just simply fob me off in every interaction. I have £462 in my account with them.
