Spinit Casino - Not paying my winnings and they also banned me
I made an account on the website SpinIt on 15.11.2022. I lost the first deposit bonus but won the second one. After clearing the bonus wagering requirement of the second deposit bonus, I made a withdrawal attempt of 1750 euros. This withdrawal attempt was declined because I used the wrong withdrawal method. However, the money was not refunded back into my account. I did this on 15.11.2022 and their rules tell me that it should take a maximum of 48 hours to take care of these kinds of processes. I have been in contact with SpinIt Customer service multiple times via chat and they said every time they will do something about it / another department will transfer the money back into my casino account.
Today I contacted AskGamblers and they recommended I will make a ticket of this issue if they do not want to pay my winnings. After this, I connected to SpinIt and told them that I will make a ticket to AskGamblers if this issue is not resolved soon. After contacting SpinIt I was not able to log in to my SpinIt account, so most likely I was banned from their website.
So in conclusion I am not able to log into my account and SpinIt customer service is not doing anything to help me. So this is my final attempt to get my money of 1750 euros back.
