Possibly the worst casino service experienced. Signed up, am verified on sister sites. Won £300 went to withdraw, no docs asked for. Over a week goes by no email re withdrawal. Asked for docs. Provided ridiculous documents asking for a selfie and a note with each one, almost making it so they can delay payment or refuse docs. Sent 13 emails to date, get a reply saying been escalated to higher department but never any other reply. Been over 3 weeks now still not reply or withdrawal. These jokers should again lose the UK license as they are not fit to operate as a casino. Absolutely disgusting behaviour especially around Christmas and new year. Account got blocked, live chat is not available as it’s a bot that directs you to a support email.
